Sale person lied to get the sale, they got my order wrong, process was delayed.
Called to speak to a manager no one never answers unless you push prompt for estimates.
Was told I wouldn’t get a bill until my install happened, two weeks later a bill in the mail.
Called and requested to speak to a manager several times, never got a call back.
Got a call the day of install only to tell me they need to reschedule after I had taken off work. No type of compensation for my $$ loss. Was told this is why we have a lifetime guarantee. But with this type of customer service can we really trust that they will be reached for a repair?
Now the guys that came out did an awesome awesome job..
