      Working with this company is easy. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Matt Stevens installed the tub, shower surround and moen faucet in one day. Friendly and courteous! Love my new tub etc. and I would recommend this company and team wholeheartedly!

      Our entire experience with Joyce Factory Direct was excellent. Tony guided us through the initial design of our shower and Rick installed it with efficiency and professionalism. It was a pleasure working with the company from beginning to end!

      We were referred to Joyce by a neighbor for windows a few years ago and we returned to them to replace our front door. Jonathan showed us lots of options and helped us pick one in our budget that looks amazing on the house! Carrie, in the office, kept us update on the progress and scheduled with is quickly after the door was ready. Nick, our installer, arrived on time and worked efficiently and cleanly. He communicated everything he was doing and left with us a beautiful new door!

      Chris and Ryan were awsome! They installed our patio sliding door in record time and it looks great, operates flawlessly. The quality of the door is top notch. Will definitely call Joyce for our next project.

      We had a shower remodel done. Jay was our sales person and helped us make decisions on what to do. We needed it done in a timely manner bc my 91 yo mom was coming to live with us. Austin did all the work on the shower and it turned out great! We had one little mishap during the project that set us back , however it was still completed pretty much on time. We did shop around other places and found Joyce to be economical and professional. We would recommend them to our family and friends!

      Joyce was very professional in window sales, estimate, and in product. The installers Chris, Holly, and Ryan were friendly, timely, helpful, and professional during the installation process. Whole house window replacement was completed.

      I had Joyce come to my house to give me a quote. Eric H**** started the quote, and started out very, very high. First quote $10,000.00. This was so far off that I was about to tell him to leave. He then started with they were doing a large job and they could do mine at the same time being they had the material. His second quote was for $5,000.00. He kept going down by saying he could do this and that to save me money. His final quote was around $4,200.00 if I signed that day. Finally I didn't trust him and asked him to leave. Just to let you know I had this job done for $1,405.00. This was for one half round window. Size was 72" wide and 36" high. uv coated double insulated. All my other quotes were under $1,600.00.

      Great professionalism from sales quote through installation. Communication from the office was great as well. Pricing was very competitive and the installation was a breeze. Nick ******* did an amazing job with the door installation at our home. I would recommend them anyway over any other windows and door companies. Joyce was easy and friendly to work with.

      The installation crew (Phil and Nick) were great workers. We hadva spa tub replaced with a walk in shower and were very pleased with the product the install, the cleanup and everything involved with the job!
