      Working with Joyce Family Direct was an awesome experience! Everything was as promised. Devon and crew did a fantastic job on the install of our sunroom. They were very friendly and efficient!

      Chris and Holly did a great job installing two new door for us. They arrived on time and finished in a day as scheduled. Our hallway will be free of drafts for the first time.

      David and Bailey installed a new bathtub and a new shower. Definitely very happy with the end results and would use them again. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away afterwards. Greg job!

      My shower is beautiful. Work was excellent. I had an issue with the toilet but they fixed the problem with good service.

      I had Joyce replace my master tub with a beautiful walk in shower. Harley/Monnie did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company for this type of work. Very neat/clean install leaving my house like new!!

      We purchased a new tub and shower installation from Joyce Factory Direct in March 2023. My wife and I were very happy with the sales; communication ; and installation. Don and Cain, the installers, were prompt, neat, courteous and best of all the installation looks great!

      We had one of the bathrooms redone from a tub to a walk in shower for my mom has some mobility issues. I called based on the outstanding google reviews and got an appointment within a couple days for an in home estimate. There were tons of options for features and style, and the price was about what I expected. We ordered the shower and a taller toilet, and were told they’d be in stock and installed within 30 days. Installation was just completed today, took two days all together. Taylor Pollio was the crew leader and Austin was his helper. They were both amazing — prompt, polite, friendly, hardworking. I can’t say enough about them both. There was a mix up with the toilet and I had some trouble getting the salesperson to approve a resolution, but Taylor called his operations and they said to fix the issue then and there. It really reinforced for me the quality we were getting — these guys cared about getting it right and making sure every detail was exactly what we wanted. My mom feels safer in her bathroom now which was the most important to me, but it also doesn’t hurt that it looks really clean and bright and polished with all fancy bronze fixtures. While it’s perfect for her mobility needs, guests would never feel like they’re using a hospital bathroom. It’s exactly what we wanted, done when they said it would be.
