      Hello,
      I'm currently receiving my pay check on rapid pay card and theirs money missing out of my account as well as transaction not showing up on my statement. I'm currently out of $600. With no glue as to where it has gone and also the call center is experiencing an outage and I find it disturbing that my money is missing.

      I was scammed off my rapid card for almost 2000 dollar at wal mart n wal greens and a few others stores in STL….I was at work in ********* **** for 12 hours that day and my card still in my wallet…I get off and my balance hit and I call immediately and report the fraud….I filled out all the paper work needed and returned it and that needed a 10 day investigation…I. Called back and they say they denied it….I asked them how did they come up with that decision and what steps what sone to investigate the issue….They refused to give me any information are even tell me what steps was taking….I told them hey my money was stolen wal mart got cameras as well as wal greens….They gave me no solution and I have kids I can’t take a big loss like that can you please help

      Money was stolen off my rapid pay card 2 times in month and over 2 weeks they cant verify its me even though I sent my license to them 15 times

      I was a customer of Rush Card. They made customers aware that as of June 29, 2023, they would no longer be in business. I still had a balance on my Rush Debit Card of $5,466.00. They were supposed to refund me the full amount in a check. It was never done. I kept calling and they could never provide me a date the check would be mailed out. Their only reply was they were still investigating and they could not provide me a date. I kept calling, leaving voicemails with no return calls. Now, since they are closed down, I have no way to reach out. I am asking for help in getting my money refunded back to me. This is money I saved on my debit card and they have no rights to keep my money. They initially advised me to set up an account through their new provider Go 2 Bank to transfer the money. I called Rush card and the Rep advised me to send the money to Go 2 Bank via Bill payment. I did that on 6-27-23. Go 2 Bank said they never received the money for my new account. I called Rush Card Back. They said the Rep advised me wrong to do a bill pay, so they canceled the bill pay and was supposed to mail me a check within 6-8 weeks and have not received it yet.

      On march 15 2024 I filed fraud on my card in the amount of 980.00 and may 1 2024 I won the case , still till this day June 5 2024 I still haven’t received my money . I call everyday and talk with the dispute team and customer service and nobody can tell me where my money is. They tell me every time I call call back in 24 to 48 hours that they’re going to escalate my case and still no answer every time I call it’s the same answer. Nobody knows where my money is. They told me I would receive my check by May 15, 2024 still have not received my check, I don’t know what else to do. This has been going on since March 18, 2024 is when I filed the complaint told me to wait 45 days that would be May 1 May 15 I was supposed to have my check today is June 5 still do not have my check . The business or pay card company that my payroll goes through is the one that the fraud on my account for the 980 I’ve already talked to my payroll company. There’s nothing they can do. They told me to reach out to you to see what my next step is to receive my money because it’s not a payroll or employer issue the pay card that I am having the issue with getting my money back from fraud .

      On March 14, 2024 I received my pay check. On that day I was heading to work when I received a notification that my money was being withdrawn from my account. I notified rapid to dispute . In return I only received a letter stating that do to my transaction history they could not refund .The fraud occurred in ******* ******** into which I do not use my card in that state. Nor do I use it at any ********* location.

      On 5/11 I may a purchase on the card which was 600 and 100 on my bank card. I then had the money returned to me which is 700 in total but because of the 100 I used on my another card was placed on there card my card is locked and I can’t buy food nor get to work. No where on there disclosures stated such thing would happen. I speak to a representative she tells me to email in the receipt and then states it will take up to 4hrs, ok now the supervisor stated it will take 24hrs. It should not take that long to release someone’s money back to them.

      I filed a dispute due to money being taken out of my account in March. It is now May and I have not been refunded yet. This is ridiculous. I’ll call and they just give me excuses of why I haven’t been paid out yet telling me I have to wait 90 days. Customer service is very rude. Not very helpful.
