I have paycard with Unirush Financial Services (Rapid PayCard) and on 03/01/2024 I had $1093 in my account, in that day the bank sent me two notifications where I have $406.99 redraw and the second I have $506.99 from my account, While I did not make any transactions during that day. With the paycard that I have I cannot take more than $200 in a time to any ATM, how could I have 913.98 remove from my account and I called the hem to know why they removed that amount from account, they talk to me like they don't care about what happened to me,
Please help me to have my money back because they are the one who took my money. Please help.Initial Complaint

I have been scammed no one's trying to give me my money back I filed the claim I dispute and I seen that the people on the line was fake and I had my proof they're still they declined my dispute I said I can do nothing about it unfortunately I need my money it's unfair to purchase something and never received the item because really got me stressed out about it this is a sign of fraud and this is unacceptable to all customers and consumers and I am not satisfied until I get every bit of money that I spent that I have not received any items and thank you appreciate it please give me back my money more full refund.Initial Complaint

I use RapidPay card through my employer for my direct deposit and more than five occasions. They have completely locked my card for fraudulent accusations against me, stating that I was incorrect in inputting my information these claims are false, and I have been inconvenienced at least five different occasions, and the only resolution they give is to reset my card and wait between 30 to 24 hours, with no consideration or any type of accommodations for the inconvenience I have zero access to my funds for withdrawals, purchases, or any other transactions. These things should be separate and not combined they have not been able to give me any corporate phone number or any compensation for the inconvenience I would like their company investigated as to their business practices And the resolution of customer complaints thank youInitial Complaint

On December 29th 2023 I got a text on my phone that $300 had been taken from ATM on my rapidpaycard I immediately call to report and while on the phone another $240 had been taken from my account I have a $300 limit a day to be taken out of an ATM but somebody went to a CVS and took 540 from my account in 2 transactions within 20 minutes they started my claim and in about 10 days I received my $540 back on my card on February 8th 2024 the $540 was taken back by rapid paycard I called again and they told me that my claim was denied and that I would be receiving a letter in the mail I asked to speak to the investigative team and I also asked to speak to a supervisor I was told a supervisor would call me back in 24 hours and that could not let me talk to the investigative team I received a letter and it said they denied my claim based on my transaction history and account activity very rarely do I withdraw money from an ATM unless I do it at my own bank which is US Bank or Union Bank the fraudulent transactions were taken from the CVS I guess atthe ATM inside the CVS I called several more time trying to get to be able to speak to somebody that could give me some answers besides my claim was denied there was no basis except for account activity I don't understand why I've been made to feel like I'm a thief
I Filed a police report on the day that it happened I just don't understand how they could put the money back in my account and then take it again I can't afford not to have that money I pay my bills with it and buy my food and take care of my family they basically treated me like a thief and to the point when the last person I talked to acted like he couldn't hear me when I asked to be transferred to somebody elseInitial Complaint

I was never contacted by the rushcard company. In my credit report it says that I have 2 deposits on my accounts. I had 4 prepaid card with them. Only 2 accounts were activate. As per the report they're new deposits to my accounts. 1st one for $1000 and the 2nd one for $3661.97. I have the prepared cards and they're not expire until September of 2024. I can't do anything in the ATM and I can't purchase anything since it says that they're not working. I never got a letter and when I called the number it's always a busy signal. I have to call the company every 2 weeks because my card is locked. I get hung up on and I have a hard time getting assistance. When I ask for a supervisor I am told a supervisor cannot do anything do anything different or I get hung up on. I usually have to call 3 to 5 times to get help. I received a rapid pay card from my job for them loading any overtime incentives. I have made multiple calls to them because somehow my social was incorrect on the card and unable to activate. I have submitted it now 4 times to them. I just keep getting told to email them the image bigger. It’s definitely a person issue or they purposely do this to get people to give up on their wages loaded onto cards. Last straw was today when they added the extra hoop of sending a bill with my address. On top of still saying my social is invalid. Mind you my social security card is still attached to my address!!! My account is negative $200. I called to find out why and they told me it came from **** *** and I told them I didn’t authorize it and they said they couldn’t do anything and hung up on me. They took my entire paycheck and couldn’t do anything about it. ******* has no record of the $452 transaction they are claiming ******* did. They was very rude and disrespectful. This is a third-party(?) company that used to provide my employer with accounts and cards for the employees to be paid on instead of using a direct deposit. I have used this business for nearly seven years (April of 2017). The day after Christmas (12/26/23) my card is no longer valid. I called to ask why (12/27/23) and was told that I failed to send in information to keep the account active. There is still over $170 on my card that I cannot access. When asking what information, they said I needed to send a fax of my current valid ID and social security card to them for my account information.
I have no email, text, call, letter, notification - nothing that was sent to me to let me know that this was required information. The first time in nearly seven years that I have been asked for any of that information. The only way to get access to my money is to fax this information to them - which means I have to go to a place of business with a fax machine and more than likely need to pay them (with what money?) to have them fax the information along so I can re-activate my account. They had no other solution to offer and only continued to explain what I had to do in order to fix the problem they have created.
They decided to inactivate my card the day after a holiday; not the 1st of the year or the 1st of the month. Just a random day. I cannot buy groceries or gas. I cannot visit with family who came out of town without them paying for me now. No other solution was offered - I even requested that they re-activate the card until the 1st of the year so I have time to get that information in (5 days), but they couldn't even do that.Initial Complaint
