I purchased multiple furniture pieces from them and was told theyd arrive within 4-5 months which was accurate. The matching entertainment console I got was damaged so I requested an exchange. 3 exchanges later the quality kept getting worse. No one checks the items before wasting your time on deliveries. I wanted to keep this item since I already have the matching pieces asked for at least a $250 discount to keep it as is with damage. For a $4,000 item they denied the small refund I thought was fair. Agreed to $80 refund for chipped wood damage and misaligned doors. I could have bought this piece for 40% off at their outlet probably in better shape. Shame on them, they just lost a great customer who has a large network. I dont recommend the ****** collection definitely not worth what you pay and they dont care to make it right. I thought I was buying from a reputable brand.Arhaus Furniture

Wow, I had no idea this company is so deplorable. Beautiful showroom and expensive merchandise. My experience echos many others. I ordered a table on January 19th and paid Arhaus over $4,000. I was told delivery would be mid April. I call every month and am told mid to end of the next month. Now being told mid to end of July. They clearly have no idea. I guess they don't have to sell much if they just run on customer's money for months on end. I plan to visit the store this weekend to get a refund. No one ever reached out to me. ***** 100% with all the reviews above on Arhaus - their inventory control and customer service. - I made the mistake of placing an order with them without reading these reviews and regret not doing so. Placed an order with a committed date of 6/11 then 6/17 a month ago- of course it was never fulfilled to commitment, now that they have my money and attention and new estimated date is mid Aug- the way its going I have 0 confidence on that date. - customer service is poor-est - they are polite etc. but dont fall for that its a trap/bait they have no clue what they are doing and keep throwing you from one team to another and all they offer is apologies no solution !!!! To me that means they dont know what they are talking about and in the business for and the premium they charge.. what is that for ? I would not be surprised to see a poor quality product wrapped in some colorful wrapper. At this point my take for anyone planning to place an order - stay away this is almost a SCAM or if not one then this the kind of company that will not survive the future either way you are going to fall. Be Smart dont fall for their website/policeis/ procedures stood up only in theory they have no clue how to implement or practice what they preach.Arhaus Furniture

DO NOT ORDER from Arhaus!!! I don't know what happened to this company, but they have such poor inventory control or simply *** to their customers about items being in stock. I placed an order in February, 2025 and I am STILL waiting on my order to be completed. And its for PILLOWS!!!!!!I keep having to call and check on it manually because I NEVER receive any updates on the orders. And what I am told by *************** vs what happens are VERY different from each other. And just when I thought I was going to get the last of my order based on assurances from *************** that it was shipping last week - it gets pushed out AGAIN by another MONTH!!! AWFUL!!!!!! I mean, do you NOT have a system that fulfills backlogged orders FIRST before giving all 3 of the pillows you brought in from overseas???? NEVER AGAIN will I order from you.Arhaus Furniture

I had a great experience with Arhaus a few years ago, but this latest purchase has been an absolute disaster from start to (hopefully soon) finish.The first salesperson I worked with was disorganized and difficult to follow, which made the process frustrating right out of the gate. When I asked for a different sales **** the next one seemed more interested in pushing the sale through than actually helping **** was told the couch would be delivered in 68 weeks. That timeline came and went with no update. I had to call the store myself, only to be told there was another 4-week delay. Not once did anyone proactively reach out.Trying to get help through Arhaus concierge was equally disappointing. Despite claiming a 48-hour response time, it routinely took a week or more to get even a basic replyif they responded at ****** week 12, I still hadnt heard anything. I had to call again, only to find out there was yet another delay. Only after that call did customer service finally respond and offer less than a 10% reimbursementas if that makes up for the complete lack of service and accountability.Weeks later, I checked the order status myself and found it had moved into delivery prep. No email. No phone call. Nothing. Just another task for me to chase down. I had to call and pay the delivery balance, and now Im waiting again for a scheduling call. At this point, I have zero confidence that Ill receive my furniture within the next two weeks.If it does finally show up, that will make it a full 16 weekstwice the delivery window I was promised.This experience has been marked by poor communication, broken promises, and customer service that borders on non-existent. Arhaus has clearly lost sight of what it means to support customers post-sale.I wont be shopping here again, and Ill actively discourage others from doing so.Arhaus Furniture

1 starPurchased a coffee table from Arhaus. Within a year, the wood completely began to fall off and peel. Contacted Arhaus multiple times and each time they said that it was wear and tear. I showed them on multiple occasions that the wood trim around the coffee table was completely peeling off of the table. Horrible customer service and even worse product service . Bait and switch on price. We purchased an item and as soon as it cleared the bank account, there was a separate charge and they said it was because they charged us the wrong amount upfront so they needed to make up the difference without discussing it wit us. Arhaus has the worst customers service and delivery. I have spend close to 40k and have problem every single time, from getting table without top to sofa doesnt fit elevator even though I gave them precise measurements and delays after delays, some items were delay up to 1 year, the last time I bought a floor sample, after I secured a delivery company I was told they cant sell me the item & was given some evasive excuses. I finally gave up, will no longer buying arhaus products or recommend their products. They never try to rectify the problem, not worth the frustration. Very disappointed (one of the worst) experiences for buying an Arhaus king bed for the product and service experiences. The bed is basically a steel structure (supporting components, legs and whole canopy) while no word described for the steel structure on Arhaus website (Dishonest?) for more than $4000-product (Arhaus said it is hard wood). The front plate of the bed has visible dented and broken surface. No responses from Arhaus after calling and left messages. The required shipping and installed fee were not meeting the service qualities. This business is not deserved to be rated as one star.Arhaus Furniture

I spent over $25,000.00 on furnitures, which I purchased during Labor Day (week) -2024, from Arhaus Furniture in ******, ********.
I purchased two sofas, two recliners, two swivel chairs, coffee table, and three end tables. I was promised that the delivery will be within 6-8 weeks. It took them 12 weeks to deliver the recliners, chairs, and tables but not the sofas. The two recliners and the coffee table were damaged. When these pieces were delivered the delivery people damaged the hardwood floor (scratched hardwood all over). It took me weeks to exchange the damaged pieces (recliners and coffee table).
The new recliners are cheaper than the returned ones by hundreds of dollars (each one). They issued me credit of $56.00!
Now, we are in February (February 5, 2025) and haven’t received the sofas.
When I called (a week ago) I was told that one of the sofas is defected and they have to fix/replace. Yesterday I received an email that sofas will be delivered within 14 days and I have to pay the balance ($56.00)!
Terrible experience, exhausted dealing with this company, every time I contact them different answers.
