I purchased a floor model of a desk with a stone table top from the Arhaus at the ****************. When it was delivered, it was completely scratched all across the stone. I never would have bought it if I had seen that. When I called the store, I was told that we were told that floor models are all finale sale and that the reason we didnt see the scratch when we were at the store is because the scratches were covered by a chess board displayed on the table. So apparently they hide defects on their floor models and when they are delivered refuse to make it right. When I complained, I was told well, you got it 50% off. That is irrelevant. I would never have purchased it if they had not hid the scratches. They of course know that, which is why they covered up the scratches. This also violates their corporate Limited Warranty, which is apparently a farse.Arhaus Furniture

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS Limited Warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, natural disasters, or improper care and storage. Many Arhaus pieces are handcrafted from natural materials. Their beauty is in their natural variations, irregular distresses, sporadic oxidations, color fluctuations, etc. These are normal characteristics that will not affect the performance of your piece and are not covered by the Limited Warranty.This warranty excludes all Clearance Items (marked ********************************* or otherwise to indicate a final, non-returnable sale), Floor Samples, Custom Artwork, One-of-a-Kinds, and Wallpaper. In addition, all Rugs, Lighting, Mirrors, Wall Art, Bedding, Decor, Jewelry, Tabletop, and other items not specifically listed above are not warranted.This Limited Warranty is given as an exclusive warranty and exclusive remedy, and no other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or purposes are made, and any such warranties are expressly disclaimed. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description contained in this warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arhaus hereby disclaims all liability for damages based on negligence and strict product liability. This warranty is extended to the Purchaser alone and no others, is non-transferable and non-assignable, and may not be enlarged in its scope by any representative, salesperson, agent, or other employee of Arhaus. They sold me a defective table on sale and buried language in their terms about it being as is and no returns. The table arrived and it is the absolute worst quality piece of furniture with massive cracks where the pieces come together. They refused to return and offered only store credit or for me to buy it for $300 (after I already paid $300 for shipping). Dont scam people into buying defective product that should never be soldArhaus Furniture

1 starWriting to file a formal complaint regarding the terrible experience I’ve had with Arhaus. I placed an order for a $5,000 luxury bed at their Short Hills, NJ store Oct 8th, with a promise to deliver it in the week of Dec 11th, trusting that Arhaus, as a high-end brand, would deliver on time. I paid the full amount upfront, which I assumed indicated a commitment to providing timely service and quality.
However, the delivery has been delayed, with no specific guarantee of delivery, and I have received no updates about when the bed will actually arrive. This is unacceptable for a product of this price point.
Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, Arhaus customer service has been completely unhelpful. When I contacted them, I was told they were “not responsible” for the delay and that I should contact client services. I was then transferred to the store, where I was told the salesperson who handled my order was unavailable. This is frustrating, as I did not purchase from an individual—I purchased from Arhaus the company, and it is their responsibility to help and troubleshoot the order.
The lack of communication and accountability from Arhaus is deeply disappointing. I expected better service from a brand that markets itself as offering luxury products. The runaround I’ve received—being passed between customer service, client service, and the store—is unhelpful. I placed the order with the understanding that the delivery would be timely, yet here I am with no resolution and a significant inconvenience.
This delay has also become a serious issue for my family. My wife is heavily pregnant and unable to get off of our current bed, which is too high for her. We trusted Arhaus to meet our needs in a timely manner, and this failure is not just frustrating.

I would give ZERO stars if this was an option. Stay away from this "luxurious" furniture company. Our couch broke THREE weeks after delivery. We bought this couch thinking it was built to last. After being approved for a "reselection", the communication has been horrendous and required me to go in person to the local store about an hour from my home THREE times to receive any sort of assistance. I have been given different information by different staff members. We spent over $4K on a couch and the "value" of our reselection is now allegedly $2400k. Help me to understand WHY we would get a couch valued at $2400k when the $4k couch broke in three weeks? Their policy states a couch that the couch would either be repaired or replaced with a couch equivalent of its value. I don't want this junk in my house. I have been given the run around, different numbers, and essentially scammed by this company. This company tried to charge me an additional $3k (so in all would be paying $7k) for a couch that I am aware of the fabric being discontinued and what the cost should actually be with their sales; which would have been EQUIVALENT to the value of my couch. Instead, the company tried to charge me $3k instead. Now, after finally receiving assistance to figure out a plan for a resection, which is a big decision and investment, this couch is SOLD OUT. This is not okay! This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a company between communication and ethics.Arhaus Furniture

Upon review of your account, a few things I would like to clarify, upon completion of your exchange you are receiving a refund of $1615.00 towards the overage on the new sectional. When the original ****** was purchased online it was on "Last Chance" sale as it was discontinued at that time. We were unable to exchange it out as we no longer had inventory. I ordered furniture in April 2024 for a home we moved into in June. As of November 11, 2024 we still have not received our full order. Nor have we had any communication about time frame for the full order after multiple email and in person attempts with this store and our sales person. We did receive our chandelier after 3 months, the box was half empty and when I called to inform them they told me it would be another 8 weeks for delivery of a new one. Still waiting on tables and rugs after 7 months. I do not recommend any consumer to make a purchase through Arhaus DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.Arhaus Furniture

1 starI ordered a $14k sectional sofa (sale price!) from Arhaus which was delivered with 2 of four pieces damaged. Customer service encouraged me to take a discount offer instead of replacement because "the next one might be even worse". I told her that I expected that the sofa would be carefully inspected and would be perfect, considering their reputation and the price. After several weeks, the replacement was delivered and yes, it was worse than the first one. This time 4 of four pieces were damaged. The delivery personnel said that they see it regularly, and know where to look first for damage. He also showed me the hole in the box where the pieces were damaged.
The following day I received an email saying "Please accept my sincerest apologies with the issues you are having with this item", sent anonymously by "Arhaus Concierge". ?? I can't seem to get a hold of anyone that cares, and they're ready to ship me yet a third replacement. It's no wonder their prices are so high! But what they're not considering is the disruption this is causing me - waiting around for a "delivery window", moving other furniture and preparing the room - that is adding up to several hours of my time. In total, we bought several items and were excited to completely redecorate an entire wing of our home, but it's turned from excitement to stress and disappointment. I've tried to reach someone in the E-Suite, but I've concluded that they just don't care.Review fromCara C

I ordered a chandelier from Arhaus, and two glass pieces broke upon installation. This showed that the design was poor enough that I wanted to return the lamp. I tried to return due to damage, but was denied because it was more than 30 days after purchase (although less than 60days). This is crazy because I was only able to get an electrician out to install the light after the 30 day window was up due to recently moving into my house. I tried to escalate this concern and have not heard back. This was my first Arhaus purchase and will be my last, since the customer service is not on par with the supposed quality and price point.Arhaus Furniture

The lamp I ordered was delivered filthily the first time, second time was filthy and damaged, third time filthy and damaged. Not sure if the product was used or terrible quality. I was multiple different response on the refund process and a portion was refunded 3 weeks later with the remainder a few days later. *** had a nightmare experience with this company. Do yourself a favor and dont invest a ***** at their store. After paying 13+k, I totally regret having chosen this company that poses as luxury furniture but operates at standards worse than low budget furniture company. If I were to go back I would choose RH.1. My order was placed in May 2024. The order was not followed through because the sales agent didnt work there anymore. No follow up by any other agent until I had to contact the store as the furniture was delayed for more than 3 months.2. 1st Delivery schedule was canceled by the delivery company without prior notification 3. Remarkably damaged and defective furniture arrived after 5 months of waiting (see photos below). Either the furniture wasnt brand new or the quality control is poor. Other than the many dents and scratches in the wood, one (non rocking) chair was wobbly and would rock on flat floor, marble tops had chips in them, tufted bed had indentations in the fabric, drawers self closing mechanism were defective and one drawers bottom was detached from the rest of the drawer. 4. Delivery of replacement items was rescheduled because of hurricane.5. Rescheduled delivery was confirmed via text email and phone, however canceled for no reason. When *** logistics delivery company called they had no record of the delivery. ************* stated they will reach out to Arhaus. I havent heard since.I called the store and left a message to speak to the manager. And of course no answer. No wonder Arhaus doesnt let customers leave reviews on their website. ******** customer service as they simply dont care.Arhaus Furniture

Awful products. Worse service.We purchased the **** dining table, buffet and six chairs. Most of the order arrived damaged and had to be returned and replaced. Once we finally received the furniture, the table became discolored -- with numerous dark spots spoiling the light finish. This happened within about 3 months of use -- even though it was very lightly used and always protected with placemats, coasters, etc. When I sent in the pictures and and called their customer service they told me that there was a "finish issue" with the table that would not be covered under their warranty. We have purchased a lot of furniture over the years and Arhaus is a store we would never ever shop at again! Be warned.Arhaus Furniture

The photos provided by the consumer show oil based stains. The limited lifetime warranty does not cover customer caused damage. We offer prior to purchase a Worry Free protection plan for accidents and incidentals. At this time we can offer tech referrals at the consumer's cost to repair the damage.
