      I finally decided to invest in two couches from Arhaus. In less than a year of gentle use, the performance fabric is pilling everywhere on both couches. The company states that it is normal and that there is nothing they can do. They do not sell quality furniture and do not stand behind their products. Do not buy from this company!

      Worse experience ever encountered in purchasing new bedroom furniture. CEO only focused on selling product and zero focused on customers and addressing issues. Will not buy from them again and cannot, in all honesty, recommend them to anyone else. Stay away from them is the best approach!!

      The support received from one of the companys associates, after contacting the **** and the recent response from the *** is acceptable. But the experience as described remains and the comments are still valid after the 13 months since initial order placed. Company has confirmed that my experience is not acceptable which is appreciated and confirms the facts that occurred.

      I purchased 3 Gage Stools for $500 each from Arhaus Took delivery on September 1, 2021. By May/June the color started wearing off of the corners of the seat. Contact customer service and was told that they warranty the fabric and advise that I contact a technician. The technician explained that there was nothing they could do about my issue. $1500 down the drain. These chair should be considered defective. They are not a luxury brand. They are c***

      For a supposed luxury brand, Arhaus Furniture has bargain basement customer service. Buyer beware! $1500 waste of money on Brown ******* Gage Stools

      I ordered counter stools from Arhaus. We waited for 8 months for delivery. After using them for one year, the wicker seats are flaking and falling apart. They are creaking and noisy, my husband has tried to tighten them, as they have become wobbly. I reached out to customer service to no avail. They determined it was normal ear and tear. I expected the stools to last more than a year and not fall apart and look so badly after one year. I expected better quality from Arhaus. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed in the stools and in the company.

      We purchased three pieces of furniture from Arhaus on 11/9/2021 for just under $6,000. It was supposed to be delivered in at most, 14 weeks. It took over 8 months (delivered 7/28/2022) and Arhaus failed to proactively communicate with us throughout this process. After constant delays and two failed delivery attempts, the furniture made it to us but our floors were damaged in the delivery process and one of the three pieces arrived broken. We are currently dealing with two different claims specialists that continue to request additional pictures even though we sent pictures preemptively after all the damage was done. The review could go on about more failed communication and lack of empathy but just want to warn other buyers of this terrible process. Clearly, the only way to resolve issues is to submit a 1-star review.

      I purchased a 5 piece sectional from Arhaus in January and it was delivered in May but was missing a cushion and the brackets needed to connect the 5 pieces. I contacted Arhaus and was told it would be exchanged for a new one. A few weeks later, the company Arhaus used to deliver the replacement attempted the swap, but was so disrespectful to my home and the furniture that I asked them to leave and take the replacement with them (one of the two men appeared to be under the influence, would not remove their shoes or wash their hands and left black handprints all over my white sectional after dragging the pieces across my hardwood floor). I informed Arhaus of my issues and they acted appalled - but then proceeded to use the SAME moving company again to deliver another replacement, even after I informed them that I would not allow that company back into my home. I was told this particular moving company was the only option. Seriously? Regardless, I gave permission for then attempt the replacement again to just be done with it. On July 5th, the crew arrived with the replacement which was AGAIN missing the brackets as well as damaged in transit (boxes were open in the corners and furniture inside was torn and dirty). I was given approval to send both sectionals back with the moving company. Over four weeks later and multiple emails and phone calls to the concierge **** (when they answer their phones), I have yet to receive a refund or an explanation for why I havent gotten my money back. Everyone I talk to claims they have emailed management and tells me they will follow up with me, but nobody has ever called me back, emailed me or explained what the issue is. So now I have no furniture and they have $6000 of mine. Today I filed a dispute with my credit card company after I spoke to someone at their delivery company who informed me that Arhaus has not accepted any returns from them for 2 months. Buyer beware - worst customer service Ive experienced and very SHADY!

      I have actually only received two voice mails attempting to resolve this concern, one of which was yesterday. A return was finally issued after I filed this claim and also filed a dispute with my credit card company. This company had almost two months to resolve this issue with me and it took filing this public complaint for anyone to acknowledge it. I have zero interest in rehashing my experience for the 100th time now that I have my money back. Too little too late.
