      Stay away from Arhaus!!! Scam!!. If I could give Arhaus a 0, I would! . I have sent numerous emails, called and left messages for weeks to the store and corporate office.. No response on my refund. I have no confidence in Arhuas! It has been such a horrible experience since the beginning. the debacle with the delivery of my daughter's bed. The frame was defective, so they left it a defective bed frame unassembled in her room and told me a new one will come in a few weeksd. when the new frame finally arrived weeks later, it looked cheap and had marks on it, Very disappointed in this company, looks nice in the show room, but when its delivered it was not worth the $$$$$Initially, I was so excited to fill my new place with ***** furniture, but that was quickly deflated. From the constant incorrect invoices, miscommunication and professionalism from the sales person thats charging my credit card, and not delivering the product I paid for since the rest of my order was not coming in I requested my money back for a chair and Ottoman they never delivered. but the last few week theyve ghosted me and will not return any of my messages. I had to reach out to my credit card company to report them for fraud. $$$$The stress they put me through has been awful.. I wish I read all these bad reviews before I order through Arhaus! I will be warning all my friends/family about my experience. Stay away!!!

      My wife and I have bought many items from Arhaus over the recent years. Its a privilege to have the opportunity to purchase from an upscale store which goods cost significantly more than most home decor stores. You spend the extra money due to the quality and craftsmanship required to produce better products.Earlier this year, we decided to purchase the Highland framed painting. This was the first piece of art weve bought from Arhaus. The painting is proudly displayed in our living room that is randomly used. Recently, we noticed that the painting had yellowing, light brown on the left hand side. Its wasn't super noticeable unless you get closer to the painting. We started to inspect the rest of the painting and noticed it was on other areas just not as pronounced. The painting wasnt like this when it was originally delivered. Trust me, Im obsessive compulsive and notice the smallest details.We spent close to $1400 on this painting because its a beautiful piece. I dont want a refund but a replacement for the damaged piece. I've been a loyaly customer for many years and our house is full of quality art and furniture. By no means did we do anything to cause the discoloration forming over this print. I contacted the store who quickly delegated the issue to corporate.I contacted corporate last Sunday and opened a claim. Of course the customer service rep rambled off numerous ********************** Policies (never a good response in customer service) but was told Id hear back within ***** hours. Its been five days and a follow up email from us with no response. Its disturbing that a company whose company was founded on the principles that their products were made by love and built to last.I know Im just one customer and theyll be just fine without me. For anyone reading this, consider *********** ******** or ******* ****. They have better products and customer service.

      I recd a **************** on 9/15/22, which arrived w/ broken panes of glass, the chandelier also did not look as expected. I immediately contacted Arhaus, the concierge requested images which I sent same day. On 9/19/22 I recd an email from Arhaus re: an exchange. I contacted Arhaus stating I wanted a refund instead. I was told they canceled the exchange & would request for pick up & that they would get back to me, no one did. I contacted Arhaus concierge via ************* about the return, they finally canceled the exchange & said someone from ***** would contact me for pick up. ***** scheduled pick up of the chandelier. On 10/26/22 a driver from ********************* came & took the chandelier. When I asked for tracking, he could not provide any. I contacted Arhaus immediately about the lack of tracking & was told that the return information was in the system & that it would be fine since they had pick up noted. I offered to send images to the concierge, they said it was not necessary. They also told me once the chandelier is recd @ the warehouse that I would be issued a refund. I have called many times within the past two months, still no refund. A couple of weeks ago the concierge representative I spoke with said that she put in a call into the warehouse she told me if I did not receive a response by 11/16/22 to contact Arhaus back. I have not recd any response from Arhaus regarding this return. On 11/17 another email sent, bounce back said 24 -48 hrs for a response, no response.It is absurd the amount of time I have spent tracking down my refund. I would think that Arhaus would be able to handle a return. I did what my part; I would expect Arhaus to do the same. I have stated my concerns on every call about being the window of time for this return. I was assured each time that it was okay, nothing to worry about and that I would be taken care of. As of 12/1/22 I have not rec'd my refund. Called again, hoping for resolution this time!

      As a new Arhaus customer, I am shocked by my customer service experience. I held this brand in high regard and would advise anyone to be aware of what you will experience post transaction if you need assistance. After a friend's referral I placed an order for two leather chairs for a second residence. A friend was there to receive the delivery at which time she noted many marks on the leather. She sent me images and the delivery drivers said they would leave the chairs and to call if there was an issue. As an owner of two houses furnished with leather furniture from other high-end retailers, the marks looked normal to me in the images. It was only after I was able to get to the residence that my husband and I agreed, they were not acceptable nor was the quality of the chairs. I called immediately, but was now just outside the 14 day window. I sent images as requested and was told I would hear back the next day with a resolution. That was over a week ago. I emailed and called again today. I spoke with ***** who did not have an update. After much back and forth, she finally said she would switch out the chairs but not offer a re-select for a different item, which is what I was requesting given our quality concerns. She was adamant that was my only option. I requested to speak with a manager multiple times but there wasn't one available and she wasn't able to provide contact information or even guarantee I would hear back from one. She explained I was holding up the line and that they couldn't make outbound calls until inbound calls were handled. She was dismissive, unapologetic and rude ignoring and talking over me while I talked. I would not recommend making a furniture or any other investment purchase with this retailer. Such a disappointment.

      Spent **** at Arhaus . Recieved a defective couch . They sent a tech who said couch wasnt indeed defective . Arhaus concierge rude and refused to replace . Dont buy their worry free contract promised to clean couch they sent me a cleaner in mail . Sales rep said they come clean couch not true . Horrible

      I have always ordered through Arhaus. I actually furnished my entire business with Arhaus furniture in 2020. In March of 2022, I ordered a recliner. I was told 6 months, then 6 months came and went by with no recliner. I was then given a available promise date of 10-03-2022. I checked on my order a week prior to 10-03-2022 and was told, lucky it would even be in the warehouse in 2 weeks. Today, is two weeks from that update request and I have emailed twice with no response. I do believe I have a right to be upset and truly feel like taking my business elsewhere in the future if this is the professionalism for the brand. Just a number folks, who cares about the person/family or the relationships with consumers.

      This company does not care about the buyer. **************** is awful beyond comprehension. I purchased $30,000 worth of furniture that was delivered 6 weeks ago. August 31st to be exact. I had sent 2 items back with the delivery driver and was told it could take up to 2 weeks to see the refund on my card. 6 weeks later, the refund has not hit my card. I have called multiple times. Each time they say they have put it through and I will see it hit my account in 5 days. I called today and they told me the same thing. I had called back on Oct 6th and they also said the same thing. They would not let me speak to a manager. No one from customer service higher **** offered an apology or tried to make it right. I don't care if you spent $500 or $30,000. you should be treated with the highest regard since they are considered a "high end furniture store". They are certainly priced as one. Sadly, I wanted to purchase a few more items and now I wont. You would have expected more from them. C'mon 6 weeks to process a refund !?! I feel bad for the employees of Arhaus. (My sales person was amazing) But their employer is self centered and could care less for those who support them.

      Yes, I'd like to add that I was finally able to connect with someone who was able to look into my account and refund my account appropriately and then went and made further cost adjustments for the inconvenience. I appreciated the effort they put in to help me.

      The couch I ordered through Arhaus arrived badly damaged, black spots everywhere on a white couch and one arm appearing to be bent. I returned the couch and Arhaus had it picked up over a month ago but still has not refunded me my $7,000. I call the concierge service weekly and they keep telling me it is a logistics issue. It has been a total of ************************************************* concierge is not friendly. Do not order from this company - I wish I would of read these reviews before I gave them my money.

      This business is a joke. Zero accountability, zero customer service. No one cares or takes accountability. Inept and arrogant. No other business would treat its customers with such disregard. But they will tell you they have a concierge yeah right. Obviously concierge doesnt know how to measure and really has no interest in getting a problem resolved. Store manager apparently has no influence or input on their concierge again what a joke. No call back, no follow up. No interest that the couch you purchased has a cushion insert thats pretty much collapsed. I think Im nearing a year for replacement. Go elsewhere for furniture. Skip the arrogance, save some money and shop where they actually believe in quality and customer service.

      Purchased a couch in January of 21, received September/October 21 but damaged. Requested a re-make which took 7 months and recently received another damaged product. While I've been in contact with customer service; by now I would've expected to hear from a regional manager with some sort of apology/resolution but I haven't heard a word. Not only is customer service not so good, I'm beginning to question the product as well. I'm deeply disappointed to have waited so long for my product & to have it arrive in poor condition for a second time is just beyond me.9-3-22 Just got my 3rd delivery of the **** couch and it is damaged again. I'm not sure who the ** person is at corporate however I can't even imagine how you can charge the amount of money they charge but yet deliver damaged goods and expect you to be okay with it. After 21 months, 3 couches later Arhaus has only offered me a small discount and hasn't accepted responsibility for delivering a terrible product. I've spoken to a Regional Manager and declined his offer; I've been waiting for his boss to call me for close to a week. At this point, I'm planning to seek legal counsel especially considering that I have to purchase a brand new coach from another retailer and will have to pay more due to inflation; not to mention the mental and emotional stress I've endured dealing with this long term issue.
