    This company is horrible. They tried to bait and switch us at pick up. They tried to double our fee and cubic footage. When they finally agreed to physically show us how much room we were allocated on the truck everything fit in the original cubic footage they estimated. So obviously they tried to charge us double for the move. They never showed up on the original pick up day and kept blaming it on another dept. Then once they had taken all my daughters possessions they didn't show up on the arrival date. I finally got them to admit that everything was still in the originating city. They were waiting for a truck to go that direction. AFTER THE DELIVERY DATE HAD PASSED!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. They lied and lied and had a new excuse every time we talked. Horrible communication on top of lies and deception.

    This business will try to screw you over. We explained we had a three bedroom home to move and they showed up with enough space for a one bedroom apartment. Then they wanted to charge us thousands more to give us the space we needed when they arrived to pack the truck. Their policy states that you will not be refunded any of your down payment if you refuse the truck at pickup which isn’t surprising since they’re sneaky about their service and gouge at the last second. Don’t waste your money. They don’t want to help you.
