    Paid for trash and recycling pick up including a can. After 3 months no can delivered, multiple missed pick ups, no recycling service that was paid extra for as service was stopped due to cost. Requested partial refund with “ok” response via text and nothing further. I would like refunded for services not rendered.

    Don’t show up 50 percent of time . They won’t answer the phone , they voicemail is always full and they ignore text messages . Reached out on their social media page where many were looking for answers their representative was very rude called me a idiot and told me I don’t know when to shut up . Still no answer on when they plan on coming going on two weeks services were prepaid .

    We hired this company for our trash removal. They bill for the coming quarter, to which we paid the bill. They stopped collecting our trash. We went several weeks with trash piling up and could not get a response from them. Their facebook page is active and then not; the phone number provided is never answered and always says full of messages and cannot take any new messages; I've texted and they said we'll come today and then just never show up. If you look to their facebook page it is FULL of people from all over the country and surrounding areas complaining and saying the exact same thing. When asking for a refund the general response through posts is that they do not do refunds. So this company has taken our money, and many others as well, and failed to provide the service for which they were paid and will not return any money. I have had to cancel our service, although that's hard to do without anyone answering calls coupled with the inability to leave a message, but I have texted a cancellation and had to hire another company.

    I paid for weekly trash pickup services and those services have not been provided. The monthly charge is $17.00, billed quarterly. I paid April 10th for the period of April, May, and June 2023. The two times that my trash was collected in April it was late, since April 24th we have not received service at all. The business never answers their phone and does not respond to text messages or voice messages. Most of the time a voice message is unable to be left as the mailbox is constantly full. I have no way of requesting a refund for services paid for that are not being provided.

    I signed up for trash service with this company and they only picked up our trash twice. There has been no communication with the business regarding miss pick ups and refunding of money. No return phone calls voicemail is full as well as no response back from ******** messenger or text I paid for three months of trash pick up in within the past two months they only picked up twice.

    I mailed a check to Weeping Willow Waste to secure refuse services. My check for $60 was deposited by them on March 29, 2023. My trash collection was supposed to begin on May 3, 2023. We have not received a bin (as promised with our payment) and our trash has not been collected. I reached out via ******** Messenger on May 2, 3, and 4, as their voicemail inbox is continually full and no one answers the phone, with no response from the business. My last communication requested a refund of the $60 and stated we were going with another company. This decision was based on the lack of service and also reading the extensive list of similar reviews on their business ******** page.

    We paid 3/5/23 to start trash and recycling pick up service at our residence. They have not provided the services that were paid for. We were told we would receive trash cans within 3 weeks and are now being told (via a ******** post to all customers) that they will not be providing them at all. We also learned via a ******** post that they are not going to provide recycling services anymore either. They do not respond to any attempt to contact them. Their voicemail is always full, phone never answered, and do not respond to texts, even though texting is listed as an option to contact them. We would like a refund for the services that have not been provided. If they would like to keep us as a customer, we would instead accept the services provided as originally agreed upon, including trash cans provided, and timely weekly pick ups, for no additional charge for the next 3 months, since we paid for 3 months of service that we have not been provided.

    Paid $46 upfront for quarterly trash service. Have used them for maybe a month. They always have an excuse why they can’t pick up our trash and it sits out there for 2 weeks at a time. Throat truck breaks down ppl are sick… I’ve texted them called them and no one responds. Their ******** page says they offer no refunds after many people inquired. That wasn’t stated when I forked over the money. We were supposed to receive a trash can also and now they rescind on that saying they can’t find cans.

    I began service with Weeping Willow Waste in January of 2023. I was told that I would receive a garbage receptacle within 6-8 weeks. Three months goes by and I have no issues, but I have still not received the receptacle. I called them, but no one answered, and their voicemail box was full, so I was not able to leave a message. I then texted the phone number and was told that the company that they purchase garbage receptacles from took their money and went out of business. While I understand their situation, they are a business and have a responsibility to fulfill their contracts and duties to their customers. The response I was given is unacceptable. I want an answer, not an excuse. Now they are multiple days late picking up my garbage. I have attempted to contact them 5 times by phone, text, and Facebook this week and have not received any kind of response or interaction whatsoever. I paid my latest bill with them on time a week ago, but they are choosing to no longer contact me or respond to my inquiries, so I feel that I am being scammed. I want a refund for my latest bill, as they are not fulfilling their contracted agreement.

    This company promised a large trash can, never provided after almost 3 months. They skip weeks at a time when pickup is supposed to be weekly. They do not answer their phone, voicemail is full, they do not answer text messages or Facebook messages or even Facebook posts on their page. I want my money refunded as they do not do what they say and have zero communication.
