    Paid in full for a quarter of weekly trash pickup. Service and customer service does not exist with this company. Failed and continue to fail trash pickup causing me to find alternate disposal method(s) as well as many other issues associated with trash sitting out on the curb all week not picked up. Requested a refund. I was told they will not issue a refund. Refund policy not stated priod to paying for service. Services nor rendered after payment paid.

    We recently hired Weeping Willow Waste management for our trash company. They picked up out first week and never to be seen again. I currently have 2 weeks worth of trash they have not picked up. They do not puck phone calls up or return messages as they say message on Facebook as I have..we paid for 3 months in advance and I as of today have went back to my last trash company. This Weeping willow has so many negative complaints. They are not a professional company at all. Do not waste your time and money. I am requesting a full refund for the 3 months I paid in advance.

    Pre paid for service start up and was never notified can would be delivered when spoke to company on 03/07 to start service originally 03/27. Never received service as of date 04/25 Tried to contact 3/27,4/17,4/18 outgoing calls logged and ****** messages sent (please see attached .png files) Received message back on 4/25 stating no refunds will be issued for services never rendered.

    We believe we were scammed by this company. Weeping Willow Waste **** ** ****** ****** **** ***** ************ We were billed for $51.00 for trash pick up and have been waiting 2 weeks and no one has picked up our trash yet. The website sends us to a complete different site that has nothing to do with this company. The phone number voice box is now too full. Any text appears to be not truthful and now I feel it is suspicious. I am afraid we were scammed out of $51.00 and now my credit card has been compromised. I am trying to get my credit card info off the billing cycle, but found no way to get to their web site again. No emails or phone calls to this place are being answered. We are very worried. Please review and advise.
