    Ordered my shoes 22 days ago. All I can find out is that my order is in transit. Customer service has not attempted to expedite my order.
    DO NOT buy from this company!!
    I believe it is China owned operated and they own the shipping company. Very dissatisfied

    PURCHASED 3 PAIRS OF SHES NOV 14TH ON OR BEFORE DEC 1 I CALLED AND E MAILED AS DIRECTED THE SHOES WERE NOT WIDE.
    HER REPLY WAS THE SORRY YOU ARE OVER THE 30 DAYS PERIOD.
    AS SOON AS I RECIEVED THEM I CALLED FOR A RETURN AUTHORAZATION TO NO AVAIL.
    SHE KNEW BEFORE THEY WERE SHIPPED AND REFUSED TO HELP, AFTER THEY WERE SHIPPED WITH IN THE 30 DAY SHE STILL REFUSED TO HELP.
    LEAVING ME HOLDING THE BAG AND OUT MY FUNDS OR SHOES.

    This company is a complete scam. The shoes are an embarrassment and when you return for return they attempt to keep your money. You’ll have to report them to your credit card company to investigate a charge back for return. Don’t even waste your time.

    Took a month to get shoes and the tracking says queens and came from New Jersey. Unable to get anyone to return 3 emails so far. I'm out money but husband out birthday gift.

    I agree with all the complaints here. I ordered $143 in shoes and socks. The package has been "at the USPS" in NY (I live in Illinois) and has been sent out. Still no package. Called the number and the recorder said, of course, to use contact form online which I did and am waiting. The website promises Live 24/7 Support which is not true. I found out about the company from a credible person so I did not do extra due diligence -- another reason to just trust your gut. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I AM NOT EVEN SURE IT'S A REAL COMPANY.

    The shoes are promoted as orthopedic. This is a lie and a scam. These shoes are junk, and to top it off, they cannot be returned. The customer has to provide for packaging and shipping to return these worthless shoes. Do not buy!!

    Never received order. No customer service. The disclosures pretty much cover their lack of ability to fulfill an order. i would give zero stars if an option.

    This company is a scam. Do not purchase anything from them. I was dissatisfied of the shoes I purchased and have reached out numerous times trying to receive directions on how to return for a refund. They have not responded and it has been over a week now. You call, and the message says to email them.
