    I don't recommend this company. Bought shoes with them over a month ago. They are still unable to commit to a delivery date and are unwilling to provide a refund. Can't say anything about the product, since I never received them. Wouldn't do business again with them. Don't expect to receive their products quickly. Citing a Gatsby Shoes customer representative:
    "Thanks for reaching out, In regards to your inquiry, Our Shipping times are between 7-15 business with a maximum delivery of 30 business days, however this may extend during peak season, You can view our shipping information via our website https://gatsbyshoes.co/pages/faq-shipping, as for your order, unfortunately as of the moment, we cannot give you the estimated time of delivery as we do not have any control with the package once it is shipped or in transit, however you can continuously check the tracking information we sent you for your order's update as it is updated from time to time.
    For other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us!

    I ordered my shoes over a month ago. They charged my credit card last month. I still have not received my order. I emailed Gatsby twice and they said they cannot help me once the shoes leave the warehouse. Do not buy from this company

    Worst customer service and company I have ever seen! It took weeks and weeks to get my shoes, when I got them I thought they was nice, wore them 4-5 times and they are starting to unravel inside and white flakes are everywhere coming out of the shoe, very cheap material and bought 3 pairs of pure garbage! Will be seeking legal assistance because I spent almost $200 for 3 pairs of garbage shoes!

    I had an awful experience with this company. The pair of shoes that I ordered was delivered to the incorrect location, as I was sent a picture as verification. Business kept telling me that I needed to obtain a missing certificate from the courier, which I attempted to for 5 weeks.
    Hailify, the courier, kept e-mailing me generic messages and told me to contact YunExpress, the shipping provider from China, about the delivery issue. Yun Express would respond back with a generic message to contact Hailify. Basically, passing the blame to each other. By the way, neither company has a working phone number to speak to someone.
    I reached out to Gatsby Shoes for assistance, who provided me the emails and phone numbers to both companies, even though I communicated that I had tried all those already.
    My review is in line with most of the other on this site.
    Honestly, this company should really be investigated.
    Class action lawsuit?

    If I could give a -0 I would. AWFUL…..delay after delay getting the shoes….did not fit and very poor quality….NO CUSTOMER SERVICE….EMail only with “***”…can’t get any updates on a long over due refund after I sent them back on the same day month ago ( I paid shipping)
    Don’t Buy from this place!

    Terrible - I ordered a pair of shoes on 9/16/23 - today is 10/08/23. They were allegedly at a USPS site only 38 minutes from my house 5 or 6 days ago, but have not shown up. They took my $85.67 - no shoes. They have a so-called “24/7 support line” which is just a recording that tells you to submit a written request. I’m totally mad at myself for being duped.

    Not even sure this is a company. I placed an order 6 weeks ago. They gave me a fraudulent tracking number also. They won't return my emails and there's no one working the phones or returning my calls. If I were you I would never spend a dime with these chumps.

    Product has a horrible chemical smell that fills up the room. Owner appears to be a young kid in his early 20's from Ohio. Long shipping times, unresponsive customer service, and refusal to issue refunds. Appears to be a get-rich-quick scheme where they order the cheapest garbage from Alibaba or other supplier in China, peddle sales with Facebook ads, and then ignore customers once they have their money.

    SCAM. Big time ! It is a shame we allow this blood suckers to take advantage of us being honest shopper trying to get a product and believe what they say about what they say of their product.. I feel stupid that i fell for it on Facebook. They sell shit hole Chinese made shit and they use the word “quality “ NOT EVEN CLOSE .
