  My rating for them -(minus)5 stars. I order my shoes on June 15th. I been emailing them , because they don't have a phone that will answer . This is what they answer on my email on July 15th. Hi *****,

  This company is totally a scam. The exchange or refund policy is a joke. I paid to return the shoes, two months later I am still trying to get a response. They respond to my requests by asking for the same information over and over again. They don't even bother to change the wording on the messages they send me. I got tracking info showing they received the return on May 4. Still won't respond with anything but another request for the same information. UNLESS YOU CAN BE CERTAIN YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER ACCURATELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

  TERRIBLE customer service. Ordered 2 pair of shoes from them. They arrived and were too small. The website gives a phone number, but it goes directly to a recording that gives you the email address for the support team, as does the card inside the package. Both the website and the card state a 30 day return policy - email support for details (return address, etc.). Emailed support - no response for over 60 days! Of course, when I receive the response they said "our return policy is only for 30 days. Sorry." I explained that I reached out the very next day after receiving the package and sent them copies of the three emails that I sent within the 30 day period, complete with day/time stamps proving when the emails were sent requesting return instructions/information. Still their response was - sorry, you are outside of the 30 day return window.
  I cannot state strongly enough how TERRIBLE their customer service is. For your own sake, DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

  These have to be to the cheapest and, most poorly made ever. Not even remotely comfortable and the toe box shaking is the opposite of what they market. For what they charge for return shipping and the hassle of it all, I’m call it a lesson learned.

  I am VERY disappointed with their lack of customer service and return policy! This is the very first pair of shoes that run small for my husband. When you are purchasing on line their needs to be a easier way to return. NO paperwork was included when I finally received the shoes. Now I paid for them to be returned for a larger size with NO guarantee I will either get my money back or
  Receive a larger
  Size as requested. As I mentioned we found the shoes to run smaller. Buyers beware!!

  If I could give them a ZERO I would. There were 15 emails back and forth because they sent the wrong size shoes to me. I was simply asking for an RMA and a return slip to ship them back. *** wanted to argue with me, even though I had not only the receipt but also sent pictures of the shoes proving that they had shipped me the wrong size. I believe they are actually shipping from Hong Kong. I am filing a complaint with the attorney General in both Texas where I live an Ohio where they are based out of. It is against the law to advertise that they are having a sale at 50% off and run it all of the time. There must be a time when they are advertised and sold at their price that they are saying. There are MANY MANY other shoe companies out there YOU DON'T WANT TO WAIST your valuable time battling to get them to take back what they shipped incorrectly. BUYER BEWARE!!!

  NO STAR....Do not purchase from this company. There is no customer service. Their ad makes you think that you can order shoes try them on and return any pairs that don't fit or just don' t
  suit. NOTBTRUE! They say you can return in the original packaging but the original packaging is so poor that you have to acquire a box to return them in and it is at your cost. That is as much as the cost of the shoes. There customer service consists of some kind of automatic response. The customer service number is a recording that never calls back. The shoes are fine but not the quality advertised. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

  I got two pairs of shoes. As you would except they are of a cheaper quality in the material, however they look great, just buy insoles for them. They come from China so it will take like 2 weeks. However I would caution you to simply be aware of the business practices this company employs. When you view a product it will say it is “on sale” for something like 50% off. The top banner of the site probably will have a countdown timer until the sale ends that is counting down to one hour. This is fake, the “sale price” of the shoes is actually the regular price point and the “sale” never ends. Just notice how the timer resets back to an hour after every time you visit the page. So don’t feel pressured to make the decision to buy them because that is the marketing tactic (and a not very ethical one at that) the company uses. I had no problem with the fit, but also take note of the strict and near deceptive refund policy. Overall I may very well order from them again, people do compliment me on the shoes. However, I urged everyone to be sure of their sizes before ordering and also don’t let this companies attics pressure you.
