      All the employees were amazing and so helpful. We came in for a harness and we held and played with a few dogs. It was a great experience! Thank you to the young lady who helped my sister and I name was ***** and she was absolutely AMAZING

      Horrible!! Kids/teens were abusing animals. Broke a birds wing. Staff were standing there doing nothing. Absolutely awful place. Total puppy mill.

      Went to the Lexington Kentucky location. Was talking to two fellow customers about the puppies they were looking at and asked them if they do any type of community service. I recently founded a nonprofit organization and I've been looking for help from the community. We feed the homeless at least once or twice a week every week and do community outreach. While talking with the two other customers the manager rudely walks over and demanded that I leave the store . He accused me of bothering the other two customers. He even falsely accused me of trying to "sell items" to them . He got very confrontational with me and then he proceeded to go to the back of the store to call the police on me . This store sells thousands of dollars in puppies every week and the manager is a very rude person. I didn't get his name but he had tattoos on both arms and reddish hair . I dedicate my life to trying to help the community I even frequently visit this location to take pictures to post on Google and I'm sure my posts help bring customers. My posts on my Google account have over 3 million views. I deserve an apology from this company I'm appalled by the way I was treated. Calling the cops on a man that's helping the community and feeding the homeless 3 days before Christmas????? Seriously?

      We come often for dog food and supplies. Heather and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. Last week we came in shopping for a new family member and Heather let us hold animals and helped us pick the perfect fit. Her and her team and knowledgeable and fantastic!
