      Hello Sir,
      Myself ****** seeking help and apology for what I have done.On 13th April 2023 I adopted a 16 week female Labradog from one of your Stores in Mason,Ohio
      We were very happy I have a caring Husband and Loving 2 kids (9year old girl and 3 year old boy) initially we were very happy with new member but later she started biting my kids and jumping on my son got injured daily with heavy heart we surrender her yesterday but now all of our member are emotionally broken completely felt we have left our soul with **** I cannot explain the pain we all are I can’t see my daughter crying and I myself felt I lost my kid with my own hand.We called the store today again to get her back but she was not there.
      I request you if she is there can you help us get her back or atleast see her once with heavy heart I am writing you we miss her and cannot forget her ever. May you always have your soul kids with you.Below is one memory I have of her help me please ?? ?? ??

      Jenn and Heather was amazing!! Jenn welcomed us, she was friendly, she helped our family find dog food and did an awesome job at educating us treats to keep our big dog busy and satisfied.
      Jenn also gave our dog lots of love during the visit. Best pet store in town!

      The lady who helped me recommended various products for my new puppy and was very polite. She even carried the 24 lb bag of food out to the car for me!

      My experience with Petland was totally different than what I was expecting! I was fearful at first from all the rumors I have heard but it couldn’t have been a different experience. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeting with kindness and it was a welcoming atmosphere. The kennels were clean and the dogs were well mannered. The financing was so easy the whole process probably only took a couple of hours.

      I got my first puppy from Petland about a month ago and it was a very pleasant experience! All staff were incredibly friendly and very patient with all of my questions, and answered them all with honesty. Very happy I chose Petland, and would definitely do it again.

      We now have TWO long haired dachshunds from this store and they helped us tremendously with the process. 10/10 recommend! Cameryn & Laurynn helped us pick our most recent weenie!

      Cameryn was amazing with both of our puppy sales! Highly recommend this place not only for the care of their dogs but the cleanliness, and such caring staff. We definitely felt at home!
