1 starThree times in the last week I have been overcharged for items listed as on sale in the app! When I get said items they turn around and charge me full price for them! I have screen shots of the sale prices with the coupon clipped and they dont want to honor them!!! Is there not something that can be done?? I purchased the sale items because they were on sale then get charged full price after theyre delivered!!! I called customer support and they offered half of my money back until I told them Id be contacting ********************! If an item is on sale i should get it for the sale price!! Not be charged full price later!! I have screen shots of all sale items and what I was supposed to be charged then what I was actually charged. This is beyond ridiculous! Theyre robbing people! Untelling how many people dont actually realize theyre getting robbed from a multimillion dollar corporation!Review fromRobert H

1 starTo bad I can't leave -5 stars on this review. The people at this store are lazy and don't want to help anybody with anything. They almost never have the service desk open and I don't think they even know how to operate a computer. They are always saying the system is down or its being updated They can't get in. That's if you don't get the excuse that they don't have enough workers. Plus I think that this particular store intentionally doesn't help people they don't want to help. That's the London Kentucky main street location. So krogers has all kinds of services advertised and will not provide any of them. Can't even buy a lottery ticket sometimes. This is false advertising and lying to the public to get business ,I've always heard that was against the law. I guess Kroger Company is fine with having lazy ,gossiping "workers"(lol) not provide any satisfaction to a customer plus profile its patrons as the "kind" they don't want to serve. Sad that discrimination and incompetence has ruined what was once a nice place to shop. London Kentucky Main Street Kroger! Avoid it like the plague!Review fromDavid S

1 starThis is not the only Kroger store in the area that appears to me to do what I now describe ... Kroger has a Fuel Points rewards program that offers customers 10 cents off of the price per gallon of gasoline for every $100 of groceries purchased by the customer. It has been my experience for years that Kroger's price per gallon at the pump is normally at least 10 cents, but maybe more, higher than other gas stations in the area. So, the Fuel Points rewards program doesn't actually appear to be a reward, but instead just a sales gimmick and scam.Review fromTeresa C

1 starI have shopped at Kroger for decades. Recently I have become to handicapped to shop in store so I have had most of my orders delivered. The last three times there has been something overcharged, rotten, expired or just not included at all. Back in November 2024, I never received the delivery at all. I had to drive all over the neighborhood after Kroger contacted the driver and he admitted he accidentally dropped them off at the wrong place and gave the hint that they were dropped in the front of a garage so my search began. I finally found them hours later sitting in the sun with melted cheese warmed lunch meats and melted candy for a party scheduled that day. When I contacted Kroger they were to issue a refund. 6 months later calling every 4-5 days I am told sorry, we have expedited your refund and you should receive it in ***** hours. It is now the end of March 2025 and still no resolve. As I am on the phone with Kroger for the 16th time .. they once more give same response and resolution sorry, weve expedited your refund and you should have it in ***** hours. I had to close that card the funds were pulled form last week so now they would have to issue the payment to another card or a in store credit. So I opted in for an in store credit. Same thing .. sorry.. weve expedited your concern and a supervisor will contact you soon. Ive waited another week for that call and nothing. Now they want to send me a check in the mail that could take 4-5 WEEKS!!! Are you kidding?? No way in hell!!! Id have to wait another 6 weeks and if the check doesnt come then what? I dont trust the check will be mailed. WHY CANT THEY JUST ISSUE AN IN STORE CREDIT. ??? They received the funds in less than a minute when I purchased the groceries but now I have to wait 7months or longer to rectify this situation. What a complete joke. TODAY THERE NEEDS TO BE A RESOLUTION. IVE BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR TWO HOURS AND ILL SPEND THE ENTIRE DAY HERE UNTIL I GET A REFUND SOMEWAY.Review fromMyesha H

1 starI have lived by and shopped at this Kroger since 2017. I have never had an issue other than noticing that the security would also profile certain ethnicities in the establishment when shopping and I have never liked it but I still shopped there due to convenience. As of today, I will not be shopping here any more! My wife was way ahead of me when we walked from home to Kroger to get our special needs child some food to cook.. As we made it to the premises, my wife let me know she was not feeling well and was going to get an electric cart. I grabbed a basket that one the employees just pushed into the middle of the aisle blocking another customers walkway to exit. I had a roller rack for groceries, 3 Kroger reusable bags that I had just bought the day before and a Pride cold bag. I placed my reusable bags in the seating area of the shopping cart and the roller rack under the shopping cart. My wife was in the store a minute or 2 before I caught up and she grabbed herself an electric cart, a bottled water and we proceeded to Kroger Pharmacy to get our toddlers’ prescriptions since he is sick. After she got his prescription and we barely made it around store, she stated she felt weak and shaking so I asked if she would like me to get something to eat from deli since her glucose level may be low. Purchased her food then grabbed a soda. We proceeded to head to check out but the 1st register had a person with too much stuff and there was not another lane with a light on so I grabbed my wife’s water and Coca Cola, went to the 1st register at self checkout near service desk and purchased her drinks and see the officer looking my way smh. After my wife eats, I go back to floor to get items and barely 2 mins she called me saying the officer stopped her and said the employee said she came in with bags but that was me. He asked her did she pay for our sons prescriptions and her plate of food. It was absolute profiling on Kroger’s end and the officer. Profiling is heavy at 9919Review fromSindi M

1 starKroger will fail to deliver food, tell you they are bringing it back, then wait all day to cancel the order with no explanation, then fail to honor the same prices, coupons etc. They always try to offer some garbage $5 or even $25 credit to the account, but all I want is my food delivered. They will not honor the same prices as when ordered because their weekly ad changes. They do not reactivate coupons that are now used up. They are scamming people, I am sure. And they have constantly failed to meet their end of the bargain with no consequences and they refuse to allow me to be connected with anyone in a position of authority or with local control of the delivery service. They are, frankly, aware of their position as the sole option besides ******* for delivery services and they are really disrespectful to people with disabilities who rely on their services.Review fromLisa S

1 starI purchased someone from your store a cashier confirmed it with my ID. I paid with my debit card. I had the receipt in my hand. I peaked down the aisle to see if I saw my mother and my daughter. I never left the front of the store never went down the aisle once I didn’t see them I walked towards the exit receipt of my hand and associates. Told the security guard to stop me Then took the receipt from my hand which the items were on there. She told her that she needed to search the bag, which was three items in the bag. I told her that I wanted my money back another associate came running and asked me what’s going on because she just seen me pay. I told her that the associate is making a big scene and accusing and having the security guard search my bags when I never left or move from the front of the store she then told me if the alarm went off, they have a right to search me. I never made it to the front of the door or even left the store for the alarm to go off and I still have the receipt in my hand, which the lady still made a scene she said that if the alarm did not go off and I had the receipt, she was trying to figure out what was the problem. I told him that I wanted my money back she called for the manager Simone and Mitchell came out. Simone, began to roll her eyes, and as I was yelling at the associate the manager told me to shut up. I began to tell her do not tell me to shut up. She the threaten to call the police on me in front of my mother and my daughter once she figured out what was going on she asked why did they stop being the first place if I had a receipt? I told her that they were wrong and she know they were wrong. She said I’m the manager and I told her congratulations. I’m one too, and that’s not how you conduct business. Yall wrongfully did me and I’m looking in the process of getting a lawyer because I don’t appreciate itReview fromCynthia D

1 starI always get my groceries on the 3rd of the month becasue that is when I get my SNAP Benafits. But today of all days, my order did NOT get deliver. Why because they sent a driver who does NOT know the Florence area and NO they did NOT even go into my APT complex. So how was they suppose to deliver my order or find my apt if they do'nt go into my complex, ( I have at least two witness). And I am a Boost Member and they did NOT want to make it right. They send to WAIT until my money goeas back into my account (5 - 7 days) and re-order. But I need groceries TODAY. They just DID NOT CARE!Review fromLeslie W

3 starsKroger's digital coupons discriminate against elderly folk who are not tech savvy. Signs in the store advertise a lower price for items and in fine print say it's a digital coupon which is often not noticed. The customers are then required to go online, login to their account, choose the digital coupon, and add it to their card in order to get the discounted price. Which for many elderly people is totally beyond their skills. I have complained to the store and the Kroger'scorporate office of Kroger's and Was told that when a customer realizes they did not get the digital price they can come to customer service at the store and have it arranged for them to receive the discount.. However many senior citizens will not even notice they've been overcharged by the time they leave. Digital coupons are an inconvenience for most people but it takes advantage of the elderly because they are not tech fluent. Especially since many are on fixed income What would be ideal is for the store to have Kroger's elderly customers automatically receive the digital price as a courtesy. This might be possible if age were listed on the account when the customer signs up. Automatically offering them the discount would be a major advertising favor to let people know that Kroger's is concerned for senior citizens.
