      Got hamburger patties with pick up on 8/7/2022. Been in fridge since, opened it this morning and its all brown. No sell by date on pkg. will not be using pick up anymore!

      I wish I could give them negative stars!I've been longtime ship customer. NEVER ever again!!!!My last order June 1st... never came, Today is AUGUT 8th!!!Got email that it was being returned due to to damage with shipper... I called and was created a case number being told they would refund in **** days!Life got busy and I trusted I had been refunded and decided to check, No refund called again..Told that it wasn't refunded yet because the order wasn't complete . Thats right order was not complete!!! After 7 case numbers endless hours on hold over 2 months later..Waiting on hold again!!!! I have NEVER been treated so badly by a company! I keep asking them how they would feel. if ****** owed them a package or refund!!!! Been waiting today for 1 hour 4 minutes being transferred to different representatives!!!My order was 300$After all this today.. they somehow disconnected me!!!

      DO NOT BUY BEDDING FROM SMITHS MARKETPLACE!!! I bought a mattress pad for my grandson's twin bed. They don't visit very often and he has a "big" bed now, so I bought a nicer mattress pad with fitted edges, ready for when they can visit, Washed it, put it on his new bed for when he comes. He visited once earlier this summer and again just last week. THIS PAD HAS BEEN SLEPT ON TWICE. I changed the bedding including the pad, washing it, air fluffed, then line dried the pad. As I was putting the pad on the bed I noticed the plastic liner was lumping up between the pad and the backing. I opened the backing thinking I could straighten it, only to find the plastic is coming apart in several places. I contacted the store wanting to return it and was told I need the receipt and the original packaging.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! Who buys anything thinking, This is garbage so I better keep the receipt and the original packaging in case it falls apart after two uses and I need to return it. I didn't realize customers need to use any purchases several times immediately after buying anything from *****. I made the mistake of assuming they sell quality merchandise . Asking for the manager was useless too! If he's in the store he never makes it up to ***************** and if you call he never answers and you get hung up (opps!) after the call cycles a couple times. Apparently you have to be a loyal member to complain to the company. I just want a decent mattress pad with fitted edges. Like I paid for. IS QUALITY REALLY THAT HARD TO COME BY NOW DAYS???

      *** ************************* ********* Kroger puts bad produce on the shelf consistently. They put bad meat on shelves consistently. They won't even try to act sorry or surprised or any variation on treating you like anything other than an inconvenience if , heaven forbid, you get fed up with your neighborhood "affordable" grocery. The final straw was selling me sausage that went out of date on June 22, 2022. I purchased it on July 31, 2022. I called and got put on hold to be met with "are you the guy with the return? how much was it? well you can get store credit". This store is in a competition with itself to see how many of it's own employees can be responsible for putting themselves out of a job. There is no way inspection day is not a pure h*** of rug sweeping under nonsense for the one manager they must be splitting between this Kroger and the one up the road. This place is pitiful.

      6 months now of Kroger delivery ( No actual stores in ******* ) paid the yearly delivery fee. My experience rating NEGATIVE -5. Constant out of stock items-missing-damaged- my order yesterday almost $200 yet 30% was out of stock- 3-4 items i can understand but out of 65+ items and 29 NOT DELIVERED - OUT OF STOCK- FOR THIS I PAY A YEARLY FEE ????? calling the customer service number ( requested a supervisor 4 times ) WORTHLESS ! ******** in the *********** and broken english. THATS IT....IM DONE. calling CORPORATE fpr a refund of yearly fee. Not that the prices were that great anyway- INFLATION and SHRINKFLATION - yes they advertise FRESH = only if you can actually get it delivered. back to ******* for me. Kroger is a NEGATIVE. CAVEAT EMPTOR....

      Kroger is ripping people off with their boost program 55.99 a year for double fuel points by raising their gas prices 30 cent higher than the completion and diesel is 95 cents to 1.00 dollar higher. If this isn’t fraud I don’t know what is.

      Krogers and Instacart wont acknowledge they owe a credit from a driver using my debit to purchase items for themselves .

      I wish I could give 0, I m a regular fred meyer shopper, but recently I ve been denied return with a receipt saying the items are reduced, even though it doesnt say on the my receipt or online return policy that reduced items are non returnable. What a total nonsense, I am not happy right now of the treatment I received today, never going back to that store ever again.Plus employees were rude & unprofessional

      Why is it that the Kroger at ******* and ********** in ********* ******** is ALWAYS FILTHY! NO CARTS- ONE OR TWO CASHIERS - SELF CHECK IS TO THE BACK OF THE STORE AND ALWAYS OUT OF EVERYTHING!!!! I thought I would try again but NOTHING has changed!!!! Doesn't even deserve one star!!!!
