    Great experience. *** was both knowledgeable and personable. He had my drain fixed in record time and offered some great advice in answer to my questions.

    **** ** came to my house to look at our leaking AC unit. The HVAC system in our house is very old and I was fearing the worst. He was able to unclog our pipe and thoroughly check the whole system. We decided to sign up for the membership club knowing that down the road we will need some maintenance and eventually a new system. I felt like **** was very knowledgeable and presented the big picture very well. There was no pressure, just friendly and helpful advice. I have 3 dogs who barked a lot and **** worked through it and remained calm and professional. The experience was very positive, beyond my expectations. I feel good that we know who to go to, with affordable options, in the future.

    ****** *. From HELP HVAC took great care and time to help me understand my issue which turned out to be more serious than I was originally thinking. He was very professional, knew his stuff and fixed my issue very quickly and gave a fair and honest price! Highly recommend!

    This was my first time using this company. I knew that my furnace was close to 21 years old as well as my hot water tank. I thought I only needed to have my A/C tuned up, but the constant temperature of 90 + degrees caused damage to my 11-year-old A/C to go out suddenly. With multiple strategies given, I made the decision to get a more efficient unit as well as a new furnace and hot water heater. I am pleased with my selection.
