    ** ********* was our technician today. He was professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable about the problem we were having with our new A/C. He stayed until the job was completed to our satisfaction...3 hours. We were so pleased with his service, we asked for his business card and will request him again. It was a pleasure having him in our home.

    My experience with HELP was outstanding! **** came and was very kind and patient and we talked for quite some time about what I was hoping to achieve and what I was looking to do with my sump pump and he was very knowledgeable as far as explaining everything that needed to be gone over and I was very, very impressed with everything about what he told me would happen and the process in which it would take place. He was very professional. After he left, there was another man that came and did the physical work and installed my new sump pump along with my new backup battery and he did a fantastic job. He answered all of my questions and again was very patient with me because I know I am a chatty ***** and Im very detailed so I like to ask a lot of questions and he had no problem answering any of them, and again very nice, very polite and represented the company in a n outstanding way. I would highly recommend them for any job you might need.!!!
