  They over charge people and take advantage of their customers. My daughter called them to come fix what they said was a broken shower valve diverter. They installed a new delta shower valve. The bill was $1,959.00. I had to ask four times for an itemized invoice. Finally they broke it down. Equipment/Material $686; Labor $294 (1 1/2 hrs.); Overhead $588 I asked what does Overhead mean? they said it is for workers comp, Business cards, shoe covers, marketing for the company REALLY!!!! I thought companies pay for their own Workers Comp!!! Business Cards REALLY!! I have a business and I MYSELF pay for our Business cards!!! Marketing, REALLY does that mean I'm paying for a marketing company that I HAVE NEVER EVEN MET BEFORE.
  Next was Warranty/Support $196 REALLY. I asked where was my warranty letter of notice. He said you have to remember yourself if anything happens for the next two years you can call us. REALLY. They didn't even ask if we wanted a warranty for $196let along giving us papers so we could put with our other warranties that we have.
  Next, Net/Sustainability $195 their profit. REALLY!!!!
  Maybe look into company who they really are. Rate them I almost forgot " ONE STARS" only because I had to give a star rating in order for this review to move forward.

  Cody and Chris fixed and improved my HVAC system that another lesser contractor installed. They took the time to properly address the problems and came up with solutions. Cody did most of the work, and did a real professional job. I highly recommend Schneller Knockleman, especially for any more complicated technical issues. They exceed in problem solving.

  Rico did a great job fixing our furnace so that we now have heat. The only complaint I have is that I called early Sunday morning and talked to a girl(i'm assuming the answering service) and was told that they did not have emergency service on weekends when we had not had heat all night and the temperature was 62 degrees inside the house. I then went to the Schneller website where I texted a man who I think was Maurice or Malcom but I think it began with an M and he told me that he would have us put on the schedule for today. At 8:15 when I hadn't heard anything, I called Schneller and was told that they knew nothing about this, so the 2 people I talked to yesterday were absolutely useless. So, after spending about 32 hrs. in a house with no heat, it feels great to have heat and not have to wear 3 layers of clothing.
