      So glad we dealt with Kevin he was confident in the product and spent the time to explain the ins and outs so we knew what we were getting and what to expect. Can’t wait to be swimming soon and hope the rest of this process goes as smoothly as this did.

      Purchased a dolphin robot there for our pool. The power cord went bad/would not untangle due to having too much memory in the cord. We dropped this cord off for repair in March. Still have yet to receive our robot. They continue to make excuses and have no answer. They also had a technician try and sell us a new robot due to having a bad motor which we knew was false. 100% would not recommend. This is on something under $1,000. I couldnt imagine buying something big from such a horrible customer service company. Buy elsewhere.

      Great delivery by Kyle and team! Very helpful, on time, smooth transition of tub to patio, thoroughly explained what needed to be done, no damage to yard and garden. Excellent!!

      Bought a pool in Aug 2019 and was installed July 2020. Watsons had to give me a $350 gift card for all my issues of them delivering a pool without a liner missing caps to top of rail to pool. The stairs to get in the pool from the outside was missing too. After all this has been corrected we have our second season of the pool and have found a leak. The subs they used installed horribly and used way too much sand. I called managers who said not our problem unless it’s a seam separation. This whole process has been pure **** and after spending a ton of money here I am taking care of things myself

      I purchased a ****** spa in July of this year, with delivery in August, and have been in it everyday since I received it, it was a decent price, and I am more than happy with the quality of the spa. What I am disappointed in , is the customer service from Watson's! Upon delivery I discovered that I had no owners manual, I called into the Cincinnati location, and was promised that I would receive a hard copy of the manual, all got was a email asking me to print 60+ pages, and no follow-up. I have received no follow-up asking me how I like the product, its like get my money, and that's it. I highly recommend the ****** spa product, but beware of the lack of customer service from Watson's....

      Where to begin! I purchased a pool table from them at the end of last summer. I had to wait months to get the table with all the supply chain issues. Finally it was brought for delivery in October 21'. They had to come out to my house 3 iff times because they brought the wrong parts and another time took a box they shouldn't have and had to be redelivered. I had to take time out of work so i could be home (cost me several hours over those 2 days because of the large delivery window and setup. Then on the first try at install as they were putting it together they realized the finish on the legs was also applied to the bottom?!?...so as they were sitting the legs down they were staining my BRAND NEW carpet. They caught it before it got way worse but i still took pictures and contacted Watson's. Spoke to a manager there and assured they would take care of it which they wanted to just clean it. You know how much brand new carpet cost! Still, never heard from them again and here we are almost a full year since installation. I couldn't address sooner as i was in the hospital for health issues earlier in the year. Either way i made my attempts and missed a lot of work. Im an Operations Manager and this would not fly with my bosses!! The lack of care is unbelievable but hey don't worry ill just keep sending you money for a $3,000 pool table. Im done messing around with them. I want compensation for the damages/time loss at this point or i have no choice but to seek legal action for the neglect of my personal property
