    I pay my phone lease up several months ahead yet they continue to add “restrictions” on my phone then had me on hold transferring around from person to person LAUGHING at me for nearly 6 hrs! I was unable to use my phone for work. This has happened 3 times now every month basically when my straight talk bill is due I have to go thru this again. Horrible company. Use AT&T! Do not use this company to lease your phone you will be sorry!

    I placed an order for an ****** 14 pro *** on May ******* through Straight talk but leased through Smart pay. Straight talk canceled the order due to no fault of mine but because they wanted too. I asked for a full refund for I paid $ ****** in which I am due. Smartpay leasing is charging me for a phone I did not take ownership of. This is bad business.

    I bought a ******** ***** 2024 from Straight Talk online, and for some crazy reason, I'm now paying smart pay. I originally was only supposed to pay only 300 dollars, but after the lease, it is now 700 dollars. Not only that, I'm on SSI and only get paid on the first of the month, which I stated that I only get paid on the first of the month. They insist that I have to pay on the 24th of every month. Now I would pay the money for the cell phone, but it would only be on the first of every month. They don't want to listen or adjust my contract to where I will pay on the first, and they have told me that they will not adjust my contract to where they get paid, and I have a phone, but I was told that If I can't pay on the 24th that I have to send the phone back. My real problem is I have to have a phone for my doctors, I'm disabled, and I have some serious health problems that require me to have a phone that can't be turned off.The only thing I'm trying to do is adjust my payments to the first of the month.

    I'm not even going to give this company 1 star!! Horrible business and horrible customer service do not do business with these people. My son and I have been through horrible horrible things due to Hurricane ****** and all he wanted for Christmas was an iphone. I was approved for $1100.00 and ordered the phone and i was SO happy I was able to get this for him. Then I started getting text msgs from smartpay wanting me to upload my ID, well the link they sent to me wasn't working correctly so SMARTPAY CANCELLED MY ORDER!! when I called customer support they told me my order and account had been cancelled and said, sorry you'll have to apply again in 30 days!! I was literally in tears!!! They will NOT work with you, I even spoke to a supervisor stressing the fact i didn't feel it was my fault it was the link they sent or something wasn't working correctly but the answer was "sorry, try again in 30 days"!!! WELL IN 30 DAYS CHRISTMAS WILL BE OVER!!!

    Was given an approval amount. Had to wait until i got paid went back to do my purchase and they cut the amount of approval in half . Which then meant i could not complete my purchase. Even though i have email stating it was valid until 11/28/204, today being 11/20/2024. I called them and they just said sorry this new amount is now the valid amount 1not very customer friendly

    Nothing but a disaster since using them! I leased my phone through this company since simple mobile was my phone carrier, they use this as their leasing company. I paid my lease off early. I have been trying since 2023 to use my iPhone with a new phone coming, and they have my phone locked, with a flag saying unpaid. So everytime I try to activate it through another service they can not do so because theres a note saying unpaid. Im theres got to be something done about them honestly !!

    Very deceptive. The email was like it was from Ford to set up Autopay on a new truck I had just purchased. Not affiliated with Ford. Had Ford all over the email.

    Id give them 0 stars if I could! I returned a phone to them and now they are taking me to court because apparently I still owe for the phone! Also cant get ahold of anyone!
