    This company is terrible. Even after I told them several times that I had executed a change order with ******* deleting a camera before our contract ever started, they would not follow up. They blamed it on ******* not responding to them and told me it was my responsibility to get ******* to respond to them. They are the worst and so is *******. Stay away from them. I would give them negative stars if possible.

    I'm grateful to be able to have a phone, but this company is so basic it's like a bunch of preschoolers built it. The website is awful, the help function is almost non existant. My phone is turned off because the payment didn't go through (??? there's 5 times more in the account than needed). I've been waiting for the chat function online to work and it's been 10 min already. everything (payment AND chat) just keeps circling. VERY USELESS. Go anywhere else!

    Horrible service the are still charging me for a phone that I got last September that should have been paided off already. I been a customer with boost for over 10 years, never any issues with them. I got a phone that was 199 with tax and service fee came out to 298.00 now Smartpay is trying to charge me over 450.00 lucky I caught this yesterday. Come to find out they are in bankruptcy they got me under a whole different number for smart pay as well as a different email address. The guy at **** Mobile even told them they are wrong and trying to over charge me. So Leci the lady at smart pay says well if you don't continue to make your payments it's going to go on your credit, but if u pay 50 dollars now your account will b paided off ********. I have all the information I need. This is insane.

    The new app is a absolutely horrible. Went to try to figure it out inside and the worker had no idea what to do either. Ended up having to pay for what was supposed to be free. Leaving the Cumby fam!

    Every month my autpay is declined so my payment cannot process. When I call the automated system to pay they cannot locate my account. When I email them they say the email address doesn't match what's on file and they cannot help me. I've requested they correct the account information and they never do. I'm jumping through hoops trying to speak with an agent but the number on BBB website is disconnected, every phone number for them is automated and I've waited over an hour for an online agent with no luck. I just want to pay my bill before my phone gets disconnected, again. Every time this happens, my gets disconnected and I'm unable to work. This has cost me so much money, unnecessarily, and they need to be held accountable for their terrible business practice.

    This is the second time I have used smart pay to purchase a phone. They changed their "terms", which I did not realize. Now they use your payment method to "purchase" your airtime every month for you. I never would have signed the lease with this company. Beware before you use this service. As soon as I can pay it off I will and then I will be monitoring closely to make sure they do not take anything from my account. I do not trust this company

    Ever since a recent updated occurred with this stupid app it has not worked right! There has been connectivity issues, I have tried to use the app at the pump and I keep getting error messages! If something is not broke dont fix it!! It worked just fine before! Get it together already and fix the **** issues!!

    This is not a good company I had a phone through them which was going fine and then they took it upon themselves to start charging me for my service plan without authorization and won't stop until I pay the phone off so they're basically blackmailing me into paying it off sooner then what the contract says plus they keep taking the payments out whenever they want to it's not a set day I keep having issues at my bank with getting overdraft fees from them taking the payments out when they're not supposed to because they're doing it about a week before it's even supposed to come out

    They constantly bounce back my autopay payment says it was declined but there is more than enough in my account for it to come out. They have access to turn off your phone for being 2 days late but you try to contact them about the issue they dont respond and if they do its the same excuse you need to contact your bank which I have every single month of my 18 month lease because of the same issue my bank has nothing to do with whats going with smart pay payment processing. So getting to the point I would stay away from smartpay because the amount of run around you go through will this company is not worth it. Having to call every month due to them shutting of my phone because of glitches in THEIR system is absurd and then to have to jump through so many hoops just to get the phone back on makes it even worse. Save yourself the headache.
