      I have been dealing with Tempoe since January trying to get a check reissued. To date I have only been getting a run around. I. Called them last week and was told my check was reissued on 4/4/25, which now I think was a lie to get me off the phone. I ask for a supervisor and no one calls me back, ever since I have been complaining in February. I received an email in March stating that my check would be mailed the first week of April and we are now almost at the end. I spoke with A**** today and I believe I talked to her several times and she could not give me any updates. This is poor customer service. I don’t understand why it takes 4 months for a check reissue. I’m starting to believe nobody is doing there job even the supervisors. 4/21/25 Called again because no return call . Spoke to Monet who did get me a supervisor. Thank you M***** She’s only one that finally got a supervisor for me. Spoke to M****** who was not very helpful. She stated that check was sent out 4/4 Check nu**** ******* It does not take almost a month to receive a check even coming from ohio.This is crazy. Tempoe - **** ? Not sure what company is responsible and who needs to reissue payment. It’s been again since January keep in mind. I call every week in May and now in June. It should not take 6 months for my refund.

      We want to thank Ms. ****** ******** *** for contacting Tempoe regarding a check re-issue. As stated, in the original response Tempoe is not the issuer of the check. A legal agreement was reached with the **** and funds were provided directly to them to disburse as they see fit. Checks were issued by the Administrator for the Tempoe, LLC Redress Matter and they would need to be contacted for any check issues or reprints, as stated in the letter sent with the original check.

      I am disputing an invalid account reported by Credit/Collections agency on my credit report. This account is inaccurate and unverified, and violations the fair Credit Reporting act (FCRA) section 611 since it does not meet the legal standards for reporting. I am requesting its immediate removal. If you cannot fully verify it within 30 days,it must be deleted.

      Apparently this company ***** *** ********** is trying to collect a debt from me stating purchased tires and financed them through Tempo is now out of business and in default of consumer leasing. ***** *** ********** stating I bought these tires in 2015 and if you want me to be honest I was in jail so therefore I wouldn’t need new tires. When I asked ***** *** ********** to send me any paperwork they refused and stated if I don’t set up a payment plan or pay the entire balance of $1000 they will file criminal charges on me so I set up a plan of $100 a month I paid 209 so far but again I asked on 4/20 for the paperwork still no response so i researched Tempoe and they are out of business and there are lawsuits against this company accusing people of taking loans out and not repaying them when in fact these people like myself did not buy or lease anything from this company. I refuse to be taken advantage of and I refuse to be threatened

      I do not recall buying anything from them or using them to buy anything. I don’t know what I owe the money for what I got. I don’t know who to call. I go online and they’re closed the debt collector that it’s too never answered the phone. I need it off my credit so I can rent a apartment

      Smartpay has a very sketchy reputation and is NOT user friendly at all. You can't remove or change outdated information in your online account, can't remove payment methods you no longer want to use, and trying to reach customer service is abysmal. I have reached out by chat (says 5-7 minute wait time, it stays like that for 10+ minutes and then says there's no connection), by phone (it can't verify my account even though there is only one DOB and social I would have put on there, and it's my own, and there is NO option to route to a person for assistance. it just tells you to go to the website that lets you do absolutely nothing and hangs up on you), and by email (with no response). It's alarming and frustrating that customers have such little means to reach support and have absolutely no luck with the methods that are available. A company can't take money from people every month but offer absolutely no assistance with their accounts or issues.

We completed an investigation into the matter and advise the SmartPay Customer Support Team tried to contact the customer on 7/31/2024 but were unsuccessful. All information SmartPay has on file for the customer was provided during the origination process to purchase the device and start the lease. Since payments are set up to automatically be withdrawn the customer would need to speak with Customer Support to make any changes to the account.

      I received a call from a debt collector today called *** stating that we owe $1040.24 from why not lease it back from 2017. I asked if they could provide some information in regards to what it was that we purchased and she couldn't give me any information. I then asked with who and she said from ***** in ** which we have never even been to the state before so that information is incorrect. She then went to tell me that they were filing legal matters against us and said I have until 4pm today mind u it was 3:43 when I got off the phone with them. I called ***** Corp and they have no information of us ever purchasing anything from them and my husband has no emails from why not leasing ever. How do we go about this.
