      I made the move from *** to Paycor after the promise of a better experience, and it's been nothing but a hassle since. Paycor failed to make a payment on time to the *** for our federal taxes (even though they of course swiped the funds from our bank account timely!) and are now trying to say that WE are on the hook for over $5k in penalties that they caused. Support is terrible. Cannot get any responses to any open tickets until you submit a follow-up ASKING for a case status. Stay away from Paycor, unless you want to provide your employees with a less than sub-par payroll experience.

      Oh how I wish I'd have looked at these reviews before signing up....I am absolutely devastated that I made the decision to switch to Paycor. It actually sickens me how awful their customer service is. The gentleman who sold me the worst product ever sure was blowing up my phone to sell me on the system, but now that they got our money he is no help. I have been trying to give my book keepers access to PAYROLL REPORTS FOR TWOOOOO MONTHS! TWO MONTHS. And I've received zero resolution when I email them almost daily. I genuinely don't know how people who sell this product sleep at night.

      Paycor is absolutely awful. **************** is hard to get a hold of and rarely helpful. Their platform is nor user friendly and the on boarding process is downright difficult. There is always extra charges if they have to adjust anything and any end of year info sent out to employees cost. Run don't walk away

      Features don't load... regardless of browser, connection, devices, some features just get stuck "Loading" forever. No customer service to assist outside business hours. If the product is going to be bad, at least have better access to customer service...

      Paycor's customer service and business practices are unacceptable. Before I signed the contract with the company, I specifically asked and was promised in writing that I would not be held to the cancellation fees if my business did not go through- which it didn't. I gave written notice to the company that I wanted to cancel my account as directed. For months, I emailed this company, but no one from the ********************* would call me. Paycor hides behind their emails because they know that what you are doing is unethical and unprofessional. The routinely send SURPRISE bills. Thus, beware, this company intentionally makes the cancellation process difficult, and relies on customers not successfully navigating the system to manipulate them out of their money. In the short term, Paycor may trick some people out of a nominal amount of cash; however, they will not be able to build or maintain a loyal following of customers. This is not a sustainable business plan, and they are ultimately setting themselves up for ruin. The agents selling the product are friendly; however, they won't be of any help as Paycor harasses and robs you. Although they will continuously send surprise bills to your account, they will not speak with you directly. Instead, they will send an email referring you back to your contract. Sure, they offered to apply this charge to my account if I work with them in the future; however, recouping this charge would not be enough to work with these snakes again. **** ******* once said when someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time. This was a costly ******* but I get the feeling that it was a fraction of what I would have paid in the long run if continued to do business with this unethical, unprofessional, predatory company that is focused solely on its profits and cares nothing about its clients.

      Horrible experience. Impossible to get customer service on the phone. They could not interface our payroll and 401(k). When asked to help correct the W-2s they provided, they wanted to charge us money. Stay away.

      I have been working with Paycor for 4+ years and rate the customer service a negative 0! They can't answer questions about their own product or why calculations are incorrect (repeatedly). A company should have direct contact with an agent with issues arise. I have worked with *** in previous companies and there was always an agent assigned to the company. Getting answers from Paycor is like calling a government office. We'll get someone to call you back, which NEVER happens. So spending additional hours reconnecting and rehashing the issue get another, someone will email you or call you back.
      TERRIBLE customer service and watch your bank account closely.

      Dear Paycor Team,I am writing to formally notify you that I will not be renewing my contract with Paycor. Please consider this email as my official notice of cancellation in accordance with your required notice period. The day my current contract ends will be my final day using your services.Unfortunately, this decision comes after continued unresolved issues. I have had a tax case pending for over two months with no resolution, and I am now facing a financial penalty as a result. Despite repeated attempts to get assistance, communication has been extremely lacking. The pricing I was given was not honored and has since increased, which I consider misleading.The customer service experience has been unacceptable. Inaccurate processing information and incorrect tax withholdings have cost me thousands of dollars, and I have been unable to get timely or effective support to resolve these issues.This has been the most disappointing experience I have encountered with a service provider. Please confirm receipt of this email and provide the official end date of my contract.

      Paycor's communication is terrible. I have multiple questions regarding my account as my company shifts to a new payroll provider, a change which is outside of my control. Although, now that the change us happening and I have interacted with a different payroll provider, the difference in service is monumentally better. While it was only six months, Paycor has been frustrating to work with. As the new CEO of my organization, getting added on total account permissions has been a challenge and was never fully resolved. Communication with the deactivation team was slow and confusing, and not at all reassuring. I got an immediate dismissal from the tax team the first time I opened a case. ******* ***** is the only helpful Paycor employee I interacted with in six months. It took the better part of four months to get an answer and resolution to my tax question. The platform itself is outdated, clunky, and not at all intuitive. It is not currently built with satisfactory UEX (user experience). Finding reports and functionality within the platform is not easy or streamlined. When contacting any kind of customer support, expect a week as their average response time. Even then, responses are short, almost curt, and grammar is sloppy. You almost have to chase support members down to get the answers you're looking for. Please, do yourself a favor, and choose a different payroll provider. Paycor is NOT it.
