      I spoke with the General Manager on my issue review on 5/9/22. We resolved our issue to my satisfaction. I will contact them again in the future should we have any plumbing issues.

      We had a flood in our basement. Two weeks after the job was completed the basement flooded again. I called another Roto Rooter person out since the first job was covered by their warranty. He was rude to my wife and seemed to lack the basic knowledge to find the leak. He suggested tearing down a support beam and ripping the walls to find the leak. My insurance company suggested getting the contractor involved to find the leak. They determined that it was because the toilet ring was leaking and should have been replaced when there is a back up like the one that occurred. Basic knowledge that the Roto Rooter plumber who fixed the leak should have known, as well as the second Water Restoration guy that was sent out. That required a second plumber and mitigation. Live and learn but I will not be calling Roto Rooter again.

      They came to clear a sewage line clog and cut some tree roots from the drain. The plumber said that it would eventually clog again down the line because the roots would grow back. They charged me $485.00 and said it was clear for now. Well I guess the roots grew back overnight. Not even a full day later is was clogged again. I called them to tell them and they wanted to charge me another $485.00 to come out and fix the clogged that was supposed to be guaranteed. I guess that was a 24hr thing too!

      Roto Rooter ******* **. Is the worst. The plumber showed up to my business with broken equipment and therefore he could not fix the problem. I called the office and spoke to the manager ***** she was the most worst manager a company can hire she was rude and had no customer ********************** skills and would not let me speak. I have hotels apartment buildings multiple properties in the ******* area and believe me I will never use rotor rooter ever again. If you are in commercial real estate do not call these people I would call SMITHS PLUMBING ******** Plumbing, and ***** PLUMBING

      Micky did a terrific job. He was honest with us and worked hard to find the cheapest and best solution for our problem. He didnt take the easy way just to make a buck. Found and fixed what was causing our stools to backup. Cleaned up before he left. He did not charge extra for coming after 7 PM. Need a plumber call Micky at Roto-Rooter!

      I used Rotor Rooter to service my hot water heater. I needed to have the thermocouple replaced as the pilot light wouldnt stay lit. I must say that they did come out within the hour as promised, actually 2 plumbers came together (why I dont know). For a $25 replacement part brought from ********** for I was charged $466 ($425+tax) for work that took less than an half hour. I found that to be ridiculously expensive, just crazy overpriced. I didnt like the fact that they didnt have any price of services listed for me to see, no hourly rates, nothing. Even though I was okay with the work done (because I needed hot water) I really feel like the price came off the top of their head, I wonder was it to pay both plumbers or maybe because I was a woman home alone. Its a shame to be held hostage or be taken advantage of for repairs. And I wasnt advised of so called coupons either until after the fact. I wouldnt recommend them and more than likely wont use them again.
