      I think Im going to contact City of ****** concerning no one is ever at the mgmt office and the pool is dry as a bone not cleaned. Considering residents are paying for the pools water etc. you would think it would be cleaned and usable. But no has been there for months so the residents cant use it. I dont know who you are paying to run these apartments but they are never in the office. Residents as well as the owners are being ripped off

      Property in Milford Ohio is ran by an old woman thats past her prime, she let whoever move into the apartments and had roach problems for months straight, with them going in and out for pest control and inspections. A couple months later, I had my exhaust fan running after my shower at night, and I was awoken to my fire alarm going off andy exhaust fan in flames. Come to find out that the electrical panels (*******) in the apartments are blacklisted for the breakers not tripping and causing house fires, which is what happened with my exhaust fan. They did make accomodations for me after that happening but after finding out about the electrical panels, I didnt feel safe living there anymore so I moved out early and they still want to send my 60 days notice to collections. Do not rent here.

      Was sitting on the balcony one night and saw a couple of ducks fly down into the pool. Watched them defecate and the poop sunk to the bottom. Called Mari from property management and let her know whoever cleaned the pool didn't clean out the poop. Called twice more during the day to let them know it was still there. Got up the next morning and it was still there. Watched two people come clean the pool area and they just used a net and moved it around. Never took it out. Two days later it's still there. How nasty!!!!!

      New rental at ****** ***** in Monroe GA The office is ALWAYS CLOSED. Maintenance issues take WEEKS to address The garbage are is Rat Infested and disgusting. New updates on new hours are not comforting since we already can not yet anything done when requires These are NOT Apartment Homes , they are Apartment nightmare s

      I wouldn't even give them a star. This company have charged us every month for renters insurance when we had it ourselves. And it states in the lease it is REQUIRED! They now will not give our money back. they said they will just take the charge off. But what about the money they stole form us!

      I would love this place but we have had nothing but trouble. Wendi does nothing to help. I asked for the bush in front of my door to be trimmed in the summer. Waited till fall, no one ever trimmed it. I had to get my own tree trimmers and do it myself. We also live where there are steps, they have never been cleaned off or salted. Plus the stairs don't even have a railing. My grandmother which is 80 has fallen twice, also my mother has fallen on them 2-3 times also! I have also complained to Wendi and the corporate office about the guy a couple doors down having too many cars parked in the parking area. Nothing has been done with that. And in the middle of our lease they made us start paying utilities on top of the utilities we already were paying. Rent has gone up twice and we are only on our second lease here. And beware they require renters insurance but will also still charge you for it EVERY month even though we showed proof when we first moved in! So make sure you get your $15 back that has been charged EVERY month!

      I was recently scheduled for a tour which they confirmed with me both by phone and over email. The day of the tour, about two hours before the tour, I get a text to my phone saying that I MUST confirm by text within 1 hour. I was driving and at another appointment at the time, on the way to the tour, and did not see the text. Still, I replied to confirm well before the scheduled tour time and showed up at the property about 10 minutes before the scheduled time. I wait for the tour time. The time comes, no one shows up. After about 5 minutes, I call. No one answers, I leave a message. I wait a few more minutes. I call again. This proceeds for about 15 minutes without anyone to answer me. No one showed up for my tour, I left 20 minutes after its supposed start time after hanging around outside the property in the rain, and no one responded to my phone calls or message. Needless to say, Ill be renting from another company. Didnt realize the tour Id already verbally confirmed twice also needed to be confirmed last minute by text message, lest no one show up!! Very disappointed, as I was looking forward to seeing the properties. Make sure you are glued to your phone at all times if you expect a tour from them!!!

      I have been living at ******* **** apartments now for 2 1/2 years. It's a smaller complex, maybe 10 buildings or so. Recently (or so I thought), Sundance decided to switch their 3rd party finance group from **** to **** ***. This service allows the residents to pay 1/2 the rent on the 1st of the month and the other half sometime during the rest of the month. ****, in turn, would pay the apartment complex the full amount at the beginning of the month. **** charged $14 a month for their service and attempted to take the money out one time on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th of the month. After that, they inform the apartment complex that they didn't receive the money and we would be responsible for the full amount. **** *** tries 1 time on the 1st, then no more. Their service is $25 a month. My husband and I never got a notice of this. We had been using **** to help pay for our rent for 2 years. **** just stopped taking the money out of our account to pay our rent with no explanation. I went on the website/portal and saw that **** *** was now what was being used. I set up the account with **** *** to use the next month. Really without any information. The first month we tried to use it, I didn't know that they would try one time to take out rent on the 1st. Then not again until the next month. I was about $20 shy in the one account we had set up. Thinking that I could just move money and they would try again, they wouldn't. I also had overdraft in that same account, which would have covered it. I scrambled to get rent paid the best I could for that month. I got a money order for some and paid the rest the next time I got paid. All was good. The next month, no problems. This month, I decided to move my rent payment to a different account at my bank. That way I could allow part of my paycheck to just dump into that account so the money would always be there for **** *** to take out and I didn't have to worry. Well, that didn't work.       Oh.. I see I am not the only one being robbed by these people. Being charged bogus fees. Repeatedly being told it is being taken care of with no actions. Requesting maintenance that is never done. I was just forced to pay almost $500 in late fees and charges for renter's insurance that I have had the entire time. This is extortion! - 5 stars if I could. HORRIBLE!!

      If I could give this ** greedy **** company no stars I would. I live in ********** commons in Columbus. Ever since they took over, they have run our, once nice community, into the ground. Streets are full of pot holes & driveways/ sidewalks crumbled and cracked. They just gave us a new lease, which I've never had a lease to begin with, that is made for apartments. They thought adding addendums for home owners would solve it. We own our homes, not rent them. We rent the lot from them. They want us to be responsible for repairs that are clearly their responsibilities. They took fire pits (blamed it on the fire marshall) away, no more basketball hoops....NOTHING. The homeless camp living in the back of their property have more rights than we do. Rent free, allowed to have a fire pit, allowed to leave used drug needles, condoms, used sanitary napkins, rotten food. Discarded clothes, toys, furniture & garbage are littered through out the tree line. They will not remove them. They steal from the residents here & Sundance doesn't give one ***** about it. They want us to sign an illegal lease that's aimed towards renters. They're charging an extra $75 month to month fee for those who didn't sign. They've raised rent over $75 in one year. With nothing to show for it. (We were told it's none of our business where the monies go. But they can promise $5m this year in beatification of downtown Cincinnati.) Some residents paid more than that. White blinds in the front windows. Apartment rules. In the lease says we can't leave for more than 7-10days without letting office know. We have to ask permission to do any repairs in our homes we OWN. Not allowed to plant anything outside without permission. No gardens. If you're going to hear one thing PLEASE hear this.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY ASF COMPANY. THEY WILL LOOK FOR ANY WAY THEY CAN TO STEAL MONEY FROM YOU. THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR PROPERTIES. RUN FROM THEM. RUN & SAVE YOUR $$
