    The team from quality comfort showed up at the exact time. Initially they suggested the job would take 2 days but the crew determined that they would be able to complete the job in one day! This was fantastic as we needed furnace/AC/water heater replaced.They finished the entire job by 4:30 that day and we had hot water in time for my sons bath before bed! My wife and I are so very impressed and are pleased to be apart of their maintenance plan! The entire crew was professional and friendly from the initial evaluation to the installation.

    Had our ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Kenneth and Will were very professional and courteous. They explained everything they were doing and the results of their work. Kenneth provided several tips about our HVAC system. I will definitely turn to Quality Comfort Home Services the next time I need HVAC, plumbing or duct cleaning.

    We were in need of a new HVAC replacement. We had gotten three estimates and Quality Comfort presented us with the best deal that included a 10 year maintenance plan that the others were add-ons. Our experience with them have all been positive from Ryan who came out inspected our existing system and worked with us on what options best suited our purposes. To the installers who worked diligently to have the new system done in one day. All were very helpful in answering our questions and courteous in getting the job done. We would highly recommend them.

    It is so unfortunate, a new unit was installed at our house 8/20 no one lived in the house, we moved in 3/21 the it froze, needed Freon, did not leak detect, froze up again, blamed us, froze up again, said they fixed coil, fast forward to now, froze up again, we have a different contractor look into it only to find this company destroyed the coil at the time of installation, theyre refusing to fix, NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPENED AND BEEN UNDER WARRANTY HAD THEY DONE THEIR DUE DILIGENCE IN 3/21.

    Thank you for outlining your perception of the situation. We apologize that you do not feel your issue has been resolved in a satisfactory manner. We have discussed this at length and feel we have taken all the proper steps to try to remedy it.We operate using industry standards with regards to warranties. We honor labor warranties agreed upon by the original purchaser of the equipment in the home. These labor warranties do not apply to any resident that would live in the home thereafter, as in your situation.Ultimately, we do not agree with ****************** you have received from your home warranty describing the damage to be a result of the installation 3 years ago.

    Your tech put a bandaid on an issue that should have been fixed in March of 2021 less than months after you installed it, you guys cant argue with a tape measure, you did a shotty install and now want to dance around it, I showed the picture of the coil and duct work to two different commercial HVAC installers and they all agree, this system has had a leak since you installed in in Aug of 2020, fix it!
