    The part I ordered was the wrong one entirely. I have attempted to reach out through their website chat under the "Contact Us" tab. No response from anyone. I've reached out 3 times and checked my emails daily, including spam folder, and there is nothing. My plan was to order the correct part from them, but since I have gotten no response, I just wanted to return the part they sent me for a refund. I didn't have a phone number until coming here. So, I will try it tomorrow. If they answer and can resolve the issue, I will update the BBB. If not, my complaint will remain as is.

    I ordered an ice maker for my frig - wrong part didn't fit- paid to have it returned - never got my money back. Numerous emails to request my money - no response

    I purchased a door bin replacement for my ** refrigerator that said it was the right one, but turned out to be the wrong size.
    I have attempted twice to obtain the number required to submit a return but the website says it's no longer available.
    I do not know how to return the item and have decided to not replace it w/a purchase from this company as I am not satisfied w/the customer service.
    i have sent 2 emails and have not receive any information in return.

    I placed an order with ApplianceParts365 on 8/12/24 for $121.38 and as of 8/16/24 have not been given a tracking number or even verification as to whether or not the part had shipped. I’ve had no response via email and their phone number is a generic recording that doesn’t even say the company name and only goes to voicemail. I have since read the overwhelmingly negative reviews of them on the BBB website in which customers have had the same complaints; no communication, extremely lengthy shipping periods or not shipping at all, shipping the wrong parts, and not giving refunds. I left an email requesting to cancel my order and refund my money but haven’t heard back. If my experience is like the previous customers I expect to have a lengthy battle trying to get my money back so I wanted to start the process immediately.

    On 8/16/24, the order was cancelled and refunded as requested by the customer. The system automatically sends an email, it may have gone to spam. We apologize the customer did not have a satisfactory experience.

    Purchased a storage bin for a ********** fridge on July 30, 2024 and it came in damaged. Reached out to this company twice for replacement or refund by email since they don’t have a phone and haven’t heard anything back. It’s going on its third week and nothing.

    We were unable to find any contact from this customer. I have since reached out, via the email on file, for the required photos needed to process the damage claim and re-send. We regret that the customers order was damaged and will work quickly to have it replaced.

    I ordered a refrigerator shelf from Appliance Parts 365 on July 7th, giving the model number. I received a genuine replacement part, but it was the wrong size. I have repeatedly contacted the company via e-mail and phone asking how to return the incorrect shelf for a correct shelf or a refund but have received no response.

    April 2024 purchased an Appliance repair part. Part was the wrong part and so I requested to return it. I was sent the information to return it. I completed the return. The company acknowledged receiving the return. And they have yet to refund my money.

    I ordered a product from Appliance Parts 365 and the product did not fit as it was supposed to. I have attempted multiple times to contact them to even start a return and nobody has responded. I have sent 4 "contact us" messages via their website and have called them over 10 times. I have left 2 voicemails when the call has given me the opportunity to leave a voicemail. I would like to have someone contact me and return my item for a refund as it states on their website. There is ZERO customer service!!!

    Sing up my profile to to Place an order on April 25th, 2024. It was processed. After a week I decided to check the status since they never sent me any kind of confirmation email or any kind of communication. When I entered my credential "email and password" it said no account found under that email. I sent them a message on their website never replied sent another message never replied to make the long story short I sent over 10 messages and they never replied not even once my credit card was charged for the amount of $65.01. It's may 31st still waiting. There's no phone number anywhere. When I decided to Google this company reviews I found out that they do this with almost everyone, sadly it was too late for me. If anyone who's planning to buy from them I advise you not to. Please don't they are a scam. They not only steal my money they also deleted my profile and account information from their website. I made a complaint with my bank "AFFIRM" and they didn't do anything about it, kept asking me to send them proof which I did and nothing. APPLIANCE PARTS 365 IS A SCAM. DON'T EVEN CONSIDER BUYING FROM THEM.

    Hello,

    This customer is outside of the U.S, so shipping times are a bit longer and after he REFUSED the shipment from us, it had to take time making it's way back. The customer never initiated a return, he simply refused the shipment.  We have now received the shipment back. The customer will see a refund, minus the shipping and re-stock fee of 10%. We do apologize for any inconvenience caused.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.

    They deleted my profile after they charged my order, I sent them over 5 messages on the website and never got an answer or email. They never sent me any kind of communication of any kind. I refused the package that arrived randomly because I checked the tag of the part they sent and it wasn't what I ordered attached the label of the item they sent and you have the receipt of my order a complete different part number. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to return it cuase they never answered and I have no way to start a return process. I want a full refund of $65.01. What the "person" replied to you is all lies. They deleted my profile on purpose. I want a full refund or I will spent all my free time posting my experience with this so called company. They don't even sing the letter with a  name. Imagine. I have more screenshot of the message I sent but I want able to attached them on this message. Let me know what else you need.
