    I purchased some appliance parts on July 6, 2022 in the amount of 38.60 with my ****** account. The order # *******. On July 7, 2022 I received an email stating that my item was backordered and they would update me and let me know what was going on. When I never heard anything or received my item I started emailing them about not receiving my items in August 2022 through January 2024 with no response and now I am coming to the Better Business Bureau to try to get my money back. You cannot contact this company through phone call all you can do is email them and now I cannot even get an email back.

    Ordered the part for Jenn air build in refrigerator - they sent the wrong part. Tried to call, email and all the method we could, no responses. This is a scam so do not use this company!

    I purchased a item on 3-25-24. Upon receiving item in a few days it was determined i did not need it. I got a RMA return number of *** and shipped item back via ups. The item was shipped on april 9 2024 tracking ******************. They received the item on April 11 2024. I have left 5 voice mails, 5 emails, 3 contact forms and spoke to someone at the company twice about my refund who just takes my info and tells me someone will be in contact with me.. I called again today 5-10-24 at 09:04 am and was told returns dept opens at 11am and they will contact me., No one has contacted me. They have had in their possession my return for over a month and I still have not received any communication or refund from this company. Online check reveals company has a history of this.

    I order parts that were on back order. I continued to follow up on the orders and after time had passed I opened a case with the company that asked for my address so that a refund check could be issued. I still have not received a refund and it has been over a month. Attachments show the order as well as the case where my mailing address was asked for to mail out the refund. All phone numbers to to a voice mail that is never returned.

    Order number ******* placed on Thursday May 18, 2023 with ApplianceParts365.com Washer timer for Whirlpool part # ********* ****** + shipping $6.90 + tax (Ohio) $6.13 = total $91.64. I never received the part and messaged them numerous times. I checked the online status but always received an error message. In September of 2023 I called and spoke to the billing department and was told I would receive a refund in 3 months. Still no refund as of February 2024.

    Ordered part on June 4,2023. Order no.*******. Item back ordered. 11/7/2023 email ticket no.***** cancelled order response that order would be cancelled with address confirmation in case refund paid with paper check. 11/9/2023 emailed address. Emailed on same ticket number on 11/14/2023 that have not seen refund. 12/1/2023 email ticket no.***** giving information above and that have not received refund. Got a response saying it would be looked into. Called 12/12/23 left message saying needed to talk to someone that refund has not been received. Have not had call back. Called again on 12/27/2023 left message with again no call back.

    12/18/2023 I order a LED light for a Whirlpool ref the item said in stock filled all information out correctly and payment information. The money was removed from my account but nothing sent back to me email on the order. On 12/20/23 I sent email to the company and they said that they couldn't find the order then replied that my email was incorrect. They said that the order was found No# ****** I then emailed them back if the order was in process or shipped with no reply. I then became suspicious if the company was a scam by checking BBB review site a lot of complaints delays dragging orders along so an email was sent to cancel the order and refund my account.

    On June 3, 2023 I order a ***** Dishwasher Control Panel from ApplianceParts365.com. I was charged $130.65 for this part on my credit card. I received an email saying the part had been backordered. On October 1, 2023 I asked via email to cancel the order if they still didn't have the part. I then sent two more emails (10/15/23 and 11/7/23) requesting a refund. Today is 12/17, more than six months after I ordered the part, and still have not received a refund.

    On June 3, 2023 I ordered a panel for my dishwasher from this company for $130.65. They immediately charged my credit card. The next day I received an email saying that the panel was on back order. On October 1, 2023 I asked about cancelling the order. I wrote to them again on October 15 and November 7 asking them to cancel the order and refund my money. In January I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Shortly after that, I received a call from "John" from the company who wanted to confirm my address so they could send me a check. After a couple of weeks when I hadn't received the check, I called John back and he said "the check is in the mail". It is now almost March and I still haven't received a check.

    purchased a refrigerator part in May 2023 and was informed it was on back order even though every time I checked they showed it to be in stock on their website. after multiple emails from April to October, I was finally informed that the order was canceled and they would get accounting to refund the money. Now December 2023 and they won't even respond to emails and if you call their phone number it just picks up and asks you to leave a voicemail.

    I purchased a ** ************ ********* ******* ***** part#********** on Your Order # ******* (placed on Wednesday, May 3, 2023), told it was backorder 5-4-2023 then after repeated email inquiries got an email they canceled the order on 10-2-2024, after repeated emails I emailed the BBB 12-13-2023 that did nothing since they have an F rating at the BBB, so I called them at ###-###-#### and was told they will send a check on 1-10-2024, after more emails they said they would refund by credit card on 2-14-2024 which they did not, after more email they emailed me and said they where behind and was catching up and would get me taken care of which was not true on 5.1.2024, after some more emails on 8-19-2024 I got a response that said he will look into it and I have never heard from them again.
