    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I spoked with my financial institute today, and they knew nothing about a refund. Mr. F***** stated the refund was initiated on December 1st? That was over a month ago. When I see the refund, I will consider this issue resolved. This company's customer service is lacking at best. I'm surprised more complaints aren't on its website.

     

    No refund was initiated as stated by the company in question.

    No email or call back from the company has been received.

    I have not received the product I spent 120.87 on.


    When I receive the refund, my complaint will be resolved. Please send refund. I promise not to order from this site again.

    I purchased an item from them in August 2022 and I sent them Several emails and called that it was on back order in the item was coming. Finally I contacted them in the end of November and they told me it would be in mid to late December and when that time arrived I emailed them to get an update and no response. I tried Reaching out to them multiple times and we're not talking about $100 item this was a very expensive part. I never heard back from the company and I have to Dispute the charge with my bank
