    I paid $29.58 including express shipping. My part was to arrive by Friday. I have not received a shipping notification and the business will not respond to me. I would like to request a cancellation along with a refund. It’s a replacement part for my dishwasher and I do not feel like waiting forever.

    12/26 ordered on line, showed in stock SHIP today if order now, paid for *** ** delivery for 12/27 . Never received and customer service never calls back or answers phone. Chat is only standard canned responses "please understand supply chain delays" and read fine print. If you go according to that you may NEVER receive an order. 12/29 order still has NOT shipped. I should at least be reffunded the $30 *** ** if i ever receive order.
    Based on other reviews and BBB complaints this is a typical little Bait and switch company, get order putt on credit card with any promise possible and then just send whenever or dont even send order. They have no fear of repercussion

    Their response makes no sense, avoids addressing entire scam they are doing of showing SHIP date on line when you order, let you pay ***** for next day delivery, and them ship 3 days later. Saying oh …. here’s the shipping info

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, while they completely avoid addressing  the issue they created with misleading practices, i'm fine with the fact that they finally, with a lot of time and effort on my part,  credited for just the damaged part i received. They never did acknowledge or reimburse for  THEIR shipping misrepresentations, nothing to do with  the shipping carrier. So to be out $30 and learned a lesson to avoid using them, i will find this resolution satisfactory to me.

    Ordered refrigerator door replacement parts for our refrigerator and they sent the wrong parts. The numbers on the parts themselves do not match what we ordered. they were delivered an 12-5-22, and I have called multiple times, left a message and sent an email starting on 12-5 asking for them to send us the correct parts or refund our money, and I have not heard anything from them in any for 3 weeks now.

    On 11-07-2022 I ordered a selector switch for a ********* trash masher and paid $101.89 on my credit card. The part has not arrived and my messages are not returned.

    12/05/222 paid $69.50 order was placed on 12/04/22. I've attached transaction history from my bank. I paid for express handling within 3 days of purchase. I've made several phone calls and emails with no response. I would like this to be resolved immediately.

    I purchased a refrigerator shelf on 11/7/2022. I never received the product. The tracking number was ******************. I contacted UPS and filed a claim as they said the package was lost. I have called ** and emailed the company requesting them to send me the shelf again and they do not respond.

    See attached copy of order confirmation along with pictures of incorrect shipment I received. I ordered LG refrigerator air filters and received water filters for a ** refrigerator. I’ve “E-chatted” with the company to make them aware
    of the issue and they were supposed to correct the issue a week ago and I’ve heard nothing. Now their customer service chat line is down and not working. I searched the internet and found a toll free number (which is not listed on their website). I’ve left messages on their toll free website but have gotten no returned call. I see there are many complaints on the BBB website about Appliance Parts 365.

    I just want my money back.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.

    The UPS tracking information they sent to you was the order I received which contained the incorrect items which were nowhere close to being the items I ordered. 

    I sent you pictures in my original complaint of both the UPS label, box and the incorrect items that were contained in the box. I ordered air filters and they sent me water filters.

    The last four times I've tried to contact their customer service department I was locked out of the chat. I heard nothing and have seen nothing from them since my first two contacts with them on their chat line explaining the problem.

    Based on their BBB rating and customer feedback scores on the internet, this company has a history of being a poorly run business.

    Please reach out to them again and tell them to send me the correct items I ordered and that I paid for.  They can send me a prepaid return label with the order so I can return the wrong items back if they so desire.

    I ordered a part needed to repair my oven (control panel) in September; the part appeared to be in stock according to the website. As soon as I ordered the part and paid for expedited shipping, I received a confirmation email saying the part was backordered. When I replied to email asking how long it would take the company responded saying it would be a couple of weeks. A few weeks later I asked the status and they indicated it would be late November before I received the part. Now it is early December and I have still not received the part. If I had known the company had a pattern of fraudulently claiming their parts are in stock and rarely actually ship the parts paid for there is no way I would have purchased from them. Even now the website shows this same part is in stock and I suspect it is not. If I am not refunded in timely fashion I will dispute the charges on my card.

    Trying yo get refund on item that has been on back order since 8/2021. Cannot get anyone to help. Called and had to leave messages, emailed and left requests through website over 15 times without resolution.

    I ordered a refrigerator part and received an email confirmation on November 15, 2022. Within a few days I received a text stating they had a delivery problem and asked for credit card info. Highly suspicious! Didn’t give info. Haven’t received part, cannot reach company by email, phone, text, or online chat.
