    I ordered parts needed to repair my stove. I got a receipt. But it's been a month and I have sent emails, notes through the chat, and everything else available to get a tracking number and no replies. I have given the order number provided which appears to be bogus. You cannot reach by phone. I think this is a fraud business and I hope that the BBB and the FBI will be doing something about it. Too many scam artists out there.

    Order circuit board for microwave, the clock is not running correctly so microwave cooking and timer will not work. Filed a form. Have not heard from them on how to send it back and get a refund. this is the second form I filled out.

    I purchased a part for my fridge it was not deliverd I tried calling them to cancel the part couldn't get hold of them I bought a part I needed from Ebay later on i have received the part from applianceparts365 but i have already installed the part o bout from Ebay so i sent their part back with ups i did not even open the box they charged me and refused to refund me, i am going to take them to court if they don't refund me.

    I placed an order on 6/18/2023 via their website. I never received any confirmation or any correspondence. When I went to contact the company to find out what was happening the only way to reach them was via chat. I left a chat message to inquire about my order and never received any response. After waiting with no response I contacted them via chat which they finally answered to cancel my order as I never received any correspondence from them in regard to the order or previous chat. I no longer need the item as I ordered another from a more reputable company. They informed it was shipped, and they would only take it as a return which I would have to pay for shipping and for a restocking fee. They insisted an email was sent out and to check my junk mail which I did. No email no correspondence of any sort. They claimed there is an email address to email them, but they could not tell me where as it is not available on the contact us page. They were truly horrible to deal with and do not value their customers. I refuse to pay shipping and a restocking fee for their mistakes. The attached file shows the ONLY way to contact them is via chat, there is no email option.

    Hello,

    I would like to confirm that this customer was in contact, via email, with myself personally. I did inform the customer that their order had shipped and provided a tracking number. I did not, however, express to the customer that they would pay for return shipping or the re-stocking fee. I do apologize if that was what they thought. An email containing a return label was sent separately this afternoon to the customer. We do use an automatic emailing system that is filtered and/or blocked by some email clients. The end result is that unfortunately, sometimes customers may never see their emails. I am always more than happy to cancel and refund an order if that is what is necessary. Our goal is always customer satisfaction, even if in the end that is a return.

    Again, I do apologize for inconvenience caused by the situation.

    Hello,

    First of all, I would like to apologize that the customer was not receiving their emails from us. We do use a system that sends automatic emails for order confirmation, backorder status and order tracking. Unfortunately, we are seeing that some email clients do filter and/or block these types of emails. The part the customer ordered is on an EXTENDED FACTORY BACKORDER. Backorders are put in place by the manufacturer with no prior notice and I do apologize for the inconvenience this can cause. I can confirm that I have cancelled the order and that a refund will be processed. We ask that they allow 3-5 business days for that to process once it is initiated.

    5-31-23 i ordered an evaporator fan,they said fast shipping, tommorow is 3 weeks without a word! No response to 2 requests for info.. As i wrote this i got a shipping notice, FINALLY! We'll see if it gets here,the tracking link went to a lost page site??. Meanwhile,my fridge sounds like a diesel engine for weeks now, instead of days from other vendors. They need to up their communication skills ten-fold to be average! Not again!

    I do apologize this customer was not receiving responses to his inquiries. Both the automatic email system we use for order information and our chat system is blocked by some email clients, unfortunately. I do show a tracking number of* ********************** for the shipment. The link the customer received MAY not be working due to the website transition we are currently going through.  As far as the time it took to ship, I apologize for that as well. That is a popular part and had been oversold at that time. I can be reached at the email address listed here if the customer needs any further assistance, or chat is always available.     I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.

    The business does not address why there is no way to be able to contact them directly. At the time of their response, the charge was still in "pending" status on my credit card and they did not need to process it. I do not believe they are processing a credit as there does not appear to be a credit in "pending" status on my account. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company in order to ensure this is resolved.

There is no phone number on the website to call - I found one on the BBB website but it just says they are not taking calls. I used the email address on the BBB website to contact them and hope they respond but if they do not I plan to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The product has not shipped yet, I have no confirmation so I should still be able to cancel and I would like to.

    First of all, I would like to apologize that this customer did not receive their order confirmation. Unfortunately, we are seeing that some email clients are filtering and/or outright blocking these types of emails. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. As far as seeing a different website, the customer was actually purchasing when we were switching over to our new website format. It's an exciting time here for us, with a lot of changes happening that will benefit everyone in the long run but we do recognize that there will be hiccups as we transition in the weeks to come. 

    I can confirm that the customer's order has been cancelled and will be refunded. We do ask to allow 5-7 business days for that process in their account.

Via chat or even direct email, we are able to provide a customer with order status, updates, tracking, or an invoice copy. I do encourage customers to reach out via the website chat feature and please allow 24-48 hours to receive a response from one of our agents.

    I can confirm this customer placed an order on 6/12/23. That order was processed and shipped on 6/14/23. That order has a tracking number of: ********************** and shows delivery estimated 6/20/23. After checking, I can see that the customer paid for economy shipping, which is estimated in 2-9 business days, at a rate of $9.95. As a reminder, business days do not include weekends of holidays. I do apologize that the customer did not receive their tracking information via email. We do use a system that sends out automatic emails for order confirmation, tracking information and backorder status. We are finding that some email clients filter and/or block these types of emails. We recognize that this can cause an inconvenience and we do apologize for that. If I can help further, I am available in chat M-F, 12-5.
