November 7, 2022 I purchased a part for my ********** refrigerator freezer drawers for $39.88 paid with ****** to Applianceparts365.com. Order number *******. On February 12, 2023 I sent an email through applianceparts365.com website to inquire about my order as it had not arrived yet. On Feb 13 I received an email from Alexis from applianceparts365 notifying me that the part was o. factory back order and was expected by third week of March. I replied that would be fine. Nothing arrived in March and I sent an email June 3 and no reply. I sent another email July 3 with no reply. I tried calling company and their phone system does not accept phone calls from customers which is ridiculous. They sent an email right after my initial order indicating I could cancel at any time since my oder was back ordered and get full refund by replying to email which I did and they did not provide a refund or even reply to my email requesting refund. Basically the company has stopped communicating with me as a customer and has my money and not provided my product and not refunded my money since ali decided to cancel which is allowable.Initial Complaint

I place an order (#*******) on their website in late August 2022. My credit card was charged $62.58 for the order. I was soon informed that the part was back ordered, so I waited.
The part was still on backorder in May of 2023 so I asked AP 365 for a refund. They agreed to this, per their policy, on 5/18/2023. They issued my Ticket ID ***** for reference and said that my credit card would be credited $62.58 within 3-5 days. On 5/29/2023 (11 days later) my card was not yet credited so I inquired about the delay and was told that since my order was over 90 days, a check would have to be issued to me. They requested my mailing address and I provide it. Two weeks later I still did not have my refund so I inquired again. On June 22/2023, through the website chat feature, I asked about the status of my refund. Alexis messaged me back that she didn't know what the problem was but would check with the accounting department and get back with me immediately with and update.
It is now 7/7/2023. I have not received my refund and I cannot get Appliance Parts 365 to respond to my email or chat inquires. They do not answer their phone. I don't believe that they have any intention of issuing my refund and consider the $62.58 effectively stolen from me.
I would like your assistance in obtaining the refund that is due to me. I have documentation of all communication with Appliance Parts 365 as I have described above.

Contacted appliance parts 365 numerous times via phone,messages,and tried live chat option that does not work, seems like a scam and a recent email with copy of invoice for invoice # ******. Have not received no response back and am concerned about exceeding my 30 day return policy. I want a return for refund on a incorrect part that I received from appliance parts 365. After waiting 18 months for a backordered part, our item finally arrived - and doesn't fit the refrigerator. I contacted ApplianceParts365 to request a return, and on May 12, received an email approving the return and providing the return address.
I shipped the product immediately, with tracking, and received confirmation from USPS that it had been received at their facility on June 1, 2023.
On June 15 I followed up with ApplianceParts365 to confirm my return. No response.
On June 27 I followed up a 2nd time to confirm my return. No response.
Today is July 5, meaning they have had the item in their possession for over 30 days, and I have not received anything. I have tried calling and their system says they cannot accept calls. The website's "Contact Us" form is unresponsive.
A warning to everyone out there: Don't order ANYTHING from ApplianceParts365!Initial Complaint

Purchased ********* refrigerator parts for crisper drawer on June 16 and need to return. Have reached out 3 times following the link in my order and filled out a return form with no reply. A return approval # is required or refund is denied. Sent a message describing the issue and requested a number. Return policy is that when return is received they will decide whether or not a refund is given. On the return form there are 2 choices if the refund is denied: either they keep the item or they return it to the buyer, minus 10%, and buyer pays shipping. You must choose one. All returns must be made within 30 days. So far I have reached out via their website three times with no response. I see that the response to many complaints is that the replies are probably going to customer spam folders. This is not the case. They are simply not responding. I want to return the items and get a refund but it seems that they are intentionally running out the clock.Initial Complaint

Purchased these shelves for my freezer on 6/21/23, it is now 6/29/23. It shows that the payment method was approved but I never received the items nor a single email. I have checked the spam folder, it is not there either. There is no way to contact Appliance Parts 365. They have no email, the chat function does nothing and they have no phone number. I purchased a dryer part from Appliance Part 365 on March 10,2023 for $56.68. The company billed my ****** account on March 10, 2023. It is June 29, 2023 and I have still not received my dryer part. If you go to the website, they have you contact their customer service via email. I did that several times and have received zero response from the company. I am not sure at this point if this company is a real company or not. If they are a real company. I would like to talk to customer service and try to resolve this issue.Initial Complaint

Ordered a replacement refrigerator light bulb. Was given an email that said it was shipped. No tracking number. Theyre in Cincinnati, and I am across the bridge in ********* ********. It should not take any more than three business days to ship and deliver a part from Cincinnati.
Trying to call them was fruitless as they have a voice message that says a voicemail cannot be left and directs you to their online chat . Going to the online chat only allows you to send them a message through their web portal which is really just an email.Customer Answer
