    I would not give this company a 1 Star, but it's the lowest allowable option. I will never order a part from this company. First, I paid for 2-5 business day shipping but was not told that the company has a 2-5 business day to FIND the product and then only when the actually have the product does the customer shipping window kick in. The product finally came and the box was open and didn't have all the parts. Contacted customer service and was told I can ship it back at my cost but wouldn't get a total refund b/c I didn't have all the parts. I took pictures of the open box and told the representative and she asked me to upload them. Fine, but it still didn't address the refund issue. I understand the part may have been stolen, but it wasn't stolen by me. I assumed the company has insurance or can contact the shipping company for an investigation. I'm going to try and send the product back, but know it's probably not worth it.

    Terrible customer service, took a week to ship my order out. And it ultimately got 'lost' by ***** according to them. They refused to refund and cancel my order. Complete scam.I am upset I did not see these other reviews before placing my order.

    Wish I had checked their reviews before ordering from them. This site is a scam. Not only do they have inaccurate part descriptions which leave you ordering the wrong parts for the wrong equipment, when you return items to them through the ** process, they keep the item and never refund you the money you paid. ABSOLUTE SCAM - do not lose your money to this scam company.

    This place is a scam dont order anything from them you wont get it. If this is a real company they must be operating it from the bedroom of his house.Cant get in contact with them at all now I have to contact the credit card company to have them refund my money.

    Placed an order on 08/31/2022. Total amount was not much, only $21.23. However now on 09/12/2022 I am receiving an email asking if my shipment has arrived. Never received any tracking information, nor an email stating that it had been shipped. Reached out today on 09/12/2022, only to find out that the parts that were needed were discontinued and no longer offered. The website stated these parts were on hand in stock. Not sure how the merchandise is tracked, but it is apparent that they do not properly keep up with their inventory. Got told the order has been canceled and will be receiving a refund. Working in retail my self, I understand that refunds can take up to 48 depending on the sellers and buyers financial institutions but we will see. Typically I will review ratings for businesses online before making a purchase and this time I did not. Overall the ratings across ****** and Better Business Bureau are very alarming. This place has the potential to be great, but the effort and consistency is not showing.

    ordered a part for my fridge but it does not fit. tried several times to call, left several messages and even contacted them thru the webpage and chat chat send me a link that came up say, cannot open, appliace365 refused to connect i'm stuck with a charge of &*****, THIS IS A horrible company

    Placed an order on May 12, 2022. Today is September 1, 2022. I have not received my order. My credit card was charged the day I placed the order. I have called and left messages, emailed and tried their live chat. When I have actually made contact with someone, they said my order would be shipped out immediately. Then the cycle starts again where I receive no answers to my trying to contact them. They are very deceptive. I do not understand how they have so many star ratings on their website or when you do a ****** search. I should have looked here first before placing my order.

    I did not receive my order as you stated on July 23. I did however recently receive a refund after filing a claim with the BBB and my credit card.

    Sadly, I have to agree with the other bad reviews. Based on the website description, I really believed I was purchasing the correct replacement part for our freezer. (a simple plastic "bin" drawer for my bottom freezer) The cost of the replacement part was 66$. Turns out, it was not the right part. I went through the return process and was told they offered no help with $ for returns. It was going to cost almost $100 to return ****** Fed Ex or **** To say I am disappointed, is an understatement. I am not someone who returns things often, and it has taught me to always stick with Amazon or other companies that have a fair and ethical return policy.

    I will not order from this company again. It is impossible to speak with someone directly and they dont reply to emails sent through their website either. I ordered two wrong parts for my microwave when I couldnt get any customer assistance and was left to guess which part I needed. I got return authorization numbers and sent both parts back exactly as directed online but only got credited with one return, and even that took 3 months to receive! Because I had shipped the parts back at my own expense via *** and had a tracking number, I was able to show proof of delivery and also had the name of the person who received them at their loading dock, yet I still didnt get a refund. I finally had to open a dispute with PayPal, who gave me a full refund when they couldnt get anyone at applianceparts365.com to respond to them either. ****** LEARNED!

    I emailed multiple times and included my return authorization numbers and *** proof of delivery that you received the returns.The response was We will give you a full refund once you return the item. How can I return an item that you have already received?? ****** expedited my claim once they were unable to get a sensible response either and refunded the full amount to me. No wonder there are so many complaints against your company to BBB!

    Ordered a part that showed in stock on their site, and it continued to show "In Stock" on their site for the duration of the month I waited. I received the confirmation email upon ordering, followed quickly by another email that the part was backordered. After three weeks I tried to reach them by chat and left two messages via that channel requesting a status update as the site still said the part was in stock and shipping within one day. No response. I replied to my order confirmation email requesting that the part be shipped immediately since it showed in stock, or to cancel the order and refund the money they had charged to my credit card the day I ordered. I checked my credit card to notice that they had refunded the amount 5 days earlier. No email, no contact of any kind to acknowledge the order was cancelled, refund processed, or that their site still shows a fraudulent status for a part they have had on backorder for over a month. I count myself lucky to have gotten my money back, at least, but as others here, I really wish I'd checked here first to notice the complete lack of customer service from this company.
