ordered a washer part, waited 2 weeks, never arrived. I chatted with the person and said manufacturing back log. Don't do business with them, it's false advertising saying they have an item then wait until you contact them to tell you it's backlogged. Cancelled my order, crossing my fingers then won't still charge my credit card, if they do I will raise **** with my credit card company to fight them.Appliance Parts 365

Dear Appliance Parts 365, if you have time to answer on BBB website then you definitely have time to update your actual stock inventory information on your website to not mislead customers. You also have time to inform customers that the item was backlogged, which you didnt until I contacted you two weeks later. Well, wow! I placed an order for a part on 07/15. I have watched this item sit in processing status since. I have sent 2 prior inquiries to them via their webform submit an inquiry form with zero reply. I sent them a 3rd inquiry just now out of frustration. They charged my card the day I ordered ($80), but over a month later I do not have the part and have yet to receive a reply to my inquiries about status. So, in my 3rd inquiry via the webform I demanded a refund immediately. I took a screenshot of my submission in case this requires legal action. Upon clicking submit, I decided to go see how their business is rated and holy bajonkers. This company is not good. BBB, how do we ensure future prospective buyers get alerted to the agony of purchasing anything from this company? I demand my refund, immediately. I want documented proof the refund transaction has processed by end of day Friday 08/26/2022. I am taken aback at the experience I have had with them.Appliance Parts 365

Horrible company! I ordered a refrigerator part over three weeks ago. I did not receive an email confirmation (yes I did check the spam folder repeatedly), so after 3 weeks I tried to call over the course of three days to ask when the estimated delivery time would be. No answer so I did the live chat. The representative was kind and sent an email with my order information. This was great, until the order arrived and did not fit. today I spent 30 minutes on the live chat asking to return the item at their cost as it was their websites mistake. The person was very abrupt. I explained that I put my part description and model number in the search and their website came back with a part number and description that matched my refrigerator. The representative said it was my responsibility to call or live chat to verify that the part would fit ( so what is the point of a website) After 30 minutes, the chat was ended (hung up on) but oh so nicely by saying have a good day. When I pressed the email the chat to me button, the screen cleared, ridiculous! Now I have to wait for someone to contact me with a return number at a shipping expense and 10% restocking fee billed back to me. In addition, their return form says to choose one of the following. The company keeps the part at their discretion even if they find it does not warrant any returned money, or the customer can have it back at a shipping cost billed back. I wonder how many returns do not warrant any return money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Appliance Parts 365

I have contacted this company numerous times, by phone calls and emails. The first call I made was to see if the ** icemaker that they had on their website would fit and work with our ** icemaker. Of course, nobody answered the phone. Looked the same, but, with that thought, that is alright, if it's not compatible I can return it. Biggest mistake, have emailed twice, on their return policy, and no one has given me a shipping return call or email. the shipping return or email was promised within 48 hours. Nothing both times. I have tried I cannot tell you how many times just calling. I would love, the actual part to fit my ** refrigerator, and be done with this. I am going to call my credit card company also, have them reverse the charges, as I have done everything on my part to rectify this situation.Appliance Parts 365

This is in regard to the ** icemaker above, again, we did everything we could to get our money returned to ** from Appliance Parts 365. After contacting the BBB the first time, Appliance Parts 365 sent us the returns letter, we followed it exactly with their Return Authorization number they gave us. We sent ** icemaker back in its original box untouched with the Return Authorization Number like they asked. Of course nothing, so, now they have the item and our money. This company is doing this so they can get item back and have the money too, what kind of company is this? The company states, the item must be returned within 30 days, but no one, and I mean no one answers their phone at that company, or returns any email correspondence at all. So, of course this goes beyond 30 days. If I do not get my $158 dollars back, I have given them ample time to return money, I will call credit card company. Again, this has ruined my faith in doing business with online companies, never again will I do business like this.Review fromT. S.

I ordered a refrigerator ****** filter part from them in July. Instead, a heating element was sent - totally wrong kind of part. Customer Service phone line is almost non-existent. Ive called and left a message twice, called with no answer on business days at least 10 times. Ive gotten a live person exactly once. When I followed the customer service rep instructions to email a picture of the wrong part that was sent, I heard nothing back for a week. When I followed up today via email and voicemail TO ASK THEM TO CANCEL MY ORDER, they sent a tracking link from the first wrong part a month ago and said the order could not be cancelled since it had already shipped. I shouldnt have to jump through hoops to get a refund for a part that I did not order. It looks like on their website that you need some sort of special permission for a refund, anyway. Its all shaping up to be a very fishy situation. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.Appliance Parts 365

Everyone should know that I have been going through the written (email/photo documentation) process. It has been such a hassle that its not worth the lost $$. I have no assurance from them that I will get any money back after their error of sending the wrong part.Review fromMike P.

Do not do business with this company. We ordered a drawer for our refrigerator that cost $28.22. If I could rate this company a zero, I would.There was a $9.95 shipping charge. The drawer didn't fit our refrigerator and they DO NOT send a return postage invoice. Apparently, return shipping is on the customer and we didn't see that tidbit, or never would've ordered from them in the first place.I got a return authorization code and tried to send it back. The cheapest cost for me to return the drawer is $26.00! Needless to say, we now have a useless drawer sitting in our garage.NEVER BUY FROM them. They don't answer emails and I tried to put feedback on their website, but it won't let me. I see that they have only positive reviews. Don't be duped like I was.Appliance Parts 365

I ordered a part for my ********** freezer on June 26th 2022, when it came it was to big. So I called because they are supposed to issue a RMA#, so I was told how to go online and fill out a form and they would issue the # I called several times and got the run around. So last week I went to the ****** website and filed a complaint, and today I got my refund. If you order from this company go through ****** so you can get your money back !!Appliance Parts 365

I ordered a dishwasher part 31/2 weeks ago I have called 5 x and left messages no answer no response I have emailed no answer or response I tried Chat but no one came on they charged me $66 dollars for fast Fed Ex shipping the tracking doesnt follow they did respond to my credit card company and told them its on its way what ??? Tracking was provided to your email on August 11 but we received this response "Message not delivered There was a problem delivering your message to xxxxxxxxxxx.com. See the technical details below, or try resending in a few minutes." **** tracking shows that the item was delivered on August 10. We can resend the tracking if you have another email address.
