    ORDERED PART FOR GE OVEN RACKS. THEY IMMEDIATELY BILLED MY CREDIT CARD. TRIED TOI CONTACT THEM VIA PHONE. ALWAYS PUT ON HOLD. THEY NEVER ANSWER. EMAILED THEM, THEY DID RESPOND & STATED "IS CURRENTLY BEING REVIEWED BY OUR TEAM & GAVE ME A TICKET ID #. BEEN TWO WEEKS, NO RESPONSE FROM A "TEAM MEMBER". CALLED AGAIN, PUT ON HOLD, THEY NEVER PICK UP AND CONVERSE WITH YOU. I HAVE READ NUMEROUS REVIEWS NOW & THEY ARE MOST ALL THE SAME STORY, THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A SCAM COMPANY. NO ONE SHOULD EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE THEM A "0" STAR RATING, BUT A O IS NOT AVAILABLE!

    June 22, 2023 I ordered a part from this company which cost approx $235, a package was actually delivered that same week, HOWEVER, it was clearly NOT what I ordered and/or paid for. I have been calling, emailing, using their so called online chat, and leaving voicemails. But have yet (July 01, 2023) to get any response or reply from any message avenue. I cant use what I got and would like to get my money back from this company. I wouldnt use them. I shouldve done more homework before I ordered from them.

    Complete scam. I have been trying for 4 days to get a return authorization - I have left voice messages on their return number and sent emails. I have received no communication back. Customer service does not answer their phone. I am hoping they will read this and respond to me.

    I ordered a product from this company on June 16. I havent received it or heard anything from them. When I attempt to call them, it goes straight to a canned message and then disconnects. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

    I order a dryer part, I can't get nobody to response my mail. Looks like this are scammers I see to many negative complaints. Ill have the police department to investigate this business.

    I ordered a part on May 15th, 2023 that was listed as in stock. I ordered specifically from them for that reason as I had a similar experience with another company who promptly refunded my money. I immediately received a confirmation on my order. After no tracking information came, I checked the status of my order and it said backordered! I have not received an email telling me it is backordered. The only correspondence was the initial email. I emailed customer service on June 21st to please cancel my order as it appears they are not able to fill it since it is on backorder, even though their site stated that it was in stock. No response. Now when I click to check my order status I receive a 404 page not found error. I also get the same error when I search for the part on their site. I sent another message today through their chat service. If I don’t hear from them I will be taking this up with ****** to reverse the charge.

    ordered a part on June 24th, money was charged to credit card right away. I paid for 2/3 days delivery - no response to my emails on status of the order , and no way to reach out to their customer service, when I call - i cannot get through, and told to send an email. going in circles forever. Time to call my credit card company and cancel the charge !! order number Your Sale Order ******. *******************************

    I placed an order 6/21 received a empty box on 6/26 contacted them by email and chat forum and got no response I asked for the part or a refund still no response

    I ordered a part on June 16, and I have yet to receive an update on the status of it. I submitted a request via a chat site and have not received a response. I just tried to call the company and it went straight to a message that they are unable to accept calls.
