    I placed an order $259 in 21 June and received an older version of the part. I requested the return and received the assigned Return Authorization (RA) number *********. I paid ***** to send it back with original package and it was received by Appliance 365 on 26June with ***** confirmation. Since then, no response was received from them. I contacted multiple times by email and online message on their website. No response and No refund was received to date. This was such a bad experience. This company should not be trusted!

    Ordered two things Jan 1 2023. Received an email several hours later saying the products are on backorder. Called and emailed several times since. It is now July 27 2023. Filed a dispute through my credit card company but I left it too late and they can do nothing about it. This company is a scam and has no intention on delivering any products. I wish I had figured this out sooner.

    This company should not be trusted. I ordered a compressor, but never received it. They ignored my emails and would not answer their telephone. They supplied a website for checking order status and I got the error message "the page you are seeking could not be found." I would warn you do NOT order from this website.

    I paid $42 for a ********* oven gasket they send ne the wrong part then I paid another $14 to *** to return it for the right part and it has been over a month now and they are completely ignoring my emails for updates and will not respond!! It is pretty safe to say they have stolen my money and don't care!! I haven't been able to use my oven for 2 months and found this company thinking my oven will be used very soon...I was very wrong!! They will not respond or refund my money...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY APPARENTLY THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

    I wish I wouldve seen these reviews before I made my order. I am also a victim.Theyve disconnected their phone number and refused to answer. Emails reference a part I ordered six months ago and has not been delivered. .

    Appliance Parts 365 is a scam. Billed for the product and nothing received over a month. Phone number is just a message. Stay away

    Do not buy from this company! They are scammers. I wish I looked at their bad reviews before buying from them. I bought an ice maker and they sent me a part that did not work. It didn't even look like the correct part. It was much smaller than my original ice maker. I returned it a month ago and received confirmation from **** that it was received. I have yet to receive a refund. I've emailed them several times and they don't respond. So incredibly frustrating that this company is still in business scamming people.

    This place is a scam, avoid at all costs, they will charge you and never send you a tracking number or provide you with a phone number to call, no response to their "message requests" on their website. You will have to get a credit back from your CC company.

    They sent me the wrong part and won't return emails or calls. I have a dryer part that is useless to me now and have to eat the money I spent. THIS is why ****** puts these companies out of business. I decided to save $20 on a part and got screwed. I learned my lesson and will only use ****** in the future. Hopefully this message can prevent someone else from making the same mistake. SCAM!!!
