      Total Quality Logistics continues to call our business to broker our freight, which they have been informed, repeatedly, is unnecessary. We have our own trucks and a small handful of carriers whom we do direct business with. We absolutely do not need any middleman for anything needed delivered. We have not done business with them for brokering loads and have no desire to begin doing so. They have been informed as not rudely as any of us who answer the phones can let them know. If they do stop, which it seemed they did for a brief period after my last complaint., it appears they start back to calling for our shipping department. We do not wish to use their services, therefore they should absolutely remove our name from their cold call list.

      Total Quality Logistics will not stop calling our business even thought we have repeatedly asked them to stop calling. We have told them we have no need of their services and asked them to remove us from their calling list. They will stop for a few days and then start all over asking for a specific person and again we refuse their service.

      Multiple calls a week, ask them to stop and they don’t. Today they made 4 calls in less than 30 minutes. The last operator was laughing and admitted to laughing about interrupting my business day. I called corporate and they confirmed they could see the calls made. This has been an ongoing issue that TQL does not seem to care how disruptive their sales calls are.

      Total Quality Logistics will not stop calling my business despite the fact that we have repeatedly asked them to stop calling. We have told them we have no need of their services and asked them to remove us from their calling list. And yet, they continue to call. We typically get multiple calls a week from this company--sometimes multiple times in a single day. This is harassment and it wastes the time of my office staff. I want them to stop calling my company. The phone numbers in question are ###-###-#### and ###-###-####.

      Total Quality continues to call our number day and night, even when I specifically told this sales person to take us off the cold call list, but they ignored me and continued spam our number. Please take off our number ASAP and we do not pay any respect to any service Total Quality has to offer.
