      I don't suggest anyone take their car to Conrads tires in solon Ohio. I took my car yesterday to get an oil change when I dropped it off my car was fine when I got it back the check engine light was on and they are saying a knock sensor isn't working. They did something to my car cause nothing was wrong with my car when I took it there and dropped it off and the check engine light wasn't on when took the car to them and dropped it off but now it is on. Never going there again. Someone should look into why people that take there car to Conrad tires are getting there cars back with something new broke that wasn't broke when they dropped off there car to be fixed. I've had friends tell me they had this and thing happen to there car too when they took it to conrad tires.

      i walked into the Conrad Tire on Mayfield Hts, to get 4 tires so my car can be prepared for the weather and to upkeep of my vehicle. which cost $900,ok fine when i drove out of Conrad parking lot i turned back in because i heard some noise which wasn't there at all! when i brought it in, The man at the desk at Conrad said let me pull it in and said oh, that's your shocks, i told Brian it didn't keep noise when i brought it in how is it happening now, he goes oh wear and tear, okkk, how much is that going to cost, around $2000 hmm ok let's fix it, they supposed to fixed it let alone this happened 2022 like October same time i got the tires, ok they pulled it around i am like great! everything fixed Brian goes you may hear a little noise i said why, oh you need a stabilizer, i was soo ready to go, but i said OK put on, he asked me to bring it 2 days later to be fixed. i did and then he said oh the noise is kind of still there its your struts, like what are yall doing to my car just think i got front and back shocks and struts, that was put on. my struts caused my vehicle in the back to fall low, i took my car to the Conrad on North Randall across from ****** told them i think it's the struts as i was told by ********* *******, Conrad said they have to diagnose the problem. I am like you can clearly see it's the Struts yall had suppose fix. they got angry and had me sitting in the lobby for 5 hours and to leave my car, because they were short staffed. they had people coming in without appointments helping them, i went Monday sat for 5 hours Tuesday sat for 5 hours and Wed sat for 5 hours, and they were rude. Conrad wants to take your money but not re fix your car they messed up.

      Conrads will refuse to service you and then lie! Every time I go to the Brookpark location, they give me the run around and refuse to help. Today, I called about a specific tire and Sam said they were out of it. I’m like aren’t you a tire store, can’t you get more ? I filed an online complaint and then Paul from district called me back and straight out lied about the conversation with Sam. Liars and lazy !

      Parma/Midtown location in Ohio.
      All around incompetence. I went to this location to get a service quote on my bmw 525xi. The fix needed was an oil pan gasket replacement.
      1. I was given an initial quote around 600 dollars. They called me back later that day and told me the initial quote was inaccurate and that the accurate quote would be over 1,000 dol-lars. I said it was fine and to still order the part for the fix.
      2. I was told that the car could be dropped off and worked on when they got the part, and that I would be given a call when they received the part. Instead, I was told it would take a day to receive the part and after some extra time from then, 1 called and they said that they'd received it already (yet didn't call me like they said) and told me that it wouldn't be able to be done that day and that I had to schedule service.
      3. I scheduled that service for the Following day, finally brought the car up and then less than 2 hours after I dropped it off, I'm getting a call saying that their techs aren't comfortable working on it and proceeds to ask if I can take it to a different further site so they can "get eyes on". After all the inconvenience and changes I refuse to deal with them anymore just to be pushed around and having my time, energy, and patience wasted. I've seen better service from worse.

      I made the mistake of returning to Conrad’s after their poor service and work the first time. First time- The manager apologized for not communicating, not completing the work that was asked and having my car the entire day. One excuse I got was they had walk ins that were emergencies and wanted to take care of them. I guess those that made appointments don’t matter. 4 brand new tires and did not get to my brakes. So when the manager was going to cut me a deal on price if I returned for brakes, I agreed. Did rear brakes and said nothing about front. Still squeaking. Completed a fuel injection cleaning supposedly for free. I wasn’t about to take it there a third time so I took it to the dealership I bought it from. They discovered a leaky tire valve. Tire sensors somehow got switched in the front. In the future I will leave it to the professionals. I will never go to Conrad’s again.

      Car was damaged during 1.45 minutes oil change, manager was extremely rude and disrespectful.
      If my choice was a ZERO…I would definitely give it a big goose egg. Monday I dropped of my car of a full synthetic oil change on my car. Took them over 1.45 hours to get it done including tire rotation. I went to pick it up. And drive home. The very next day” TUESDAY “ , I took my car for a wash, thinking I really needed it to wash it since there was a big bird dropplings on it. After the wash I wiped it off with my towel. I noticed a HUGE SCRATCH Mark on the trunk of my car, with an almost dry paint to cover it up. I called Conrad where I had it serviced. The manager “PAUL” denied they had anything to do with the huge scratch . Insisting it must have been from the car wash. That I made it up. I took 1.5 hours off from my work, I had to drive my car back Conrad to show to him. Paul finally agrees The scratch mark approximately 7 inches long and deep was not from the car wash. still denied that his team made that scratch, insisting his team mates did not take a break to go buy a paint to cover up the scratch - auto part was only a few buildings away. The paint was till semi wet . Mine you, I wash my car every day from Sargent cleaner. And I personally dry it off every time, did not notice the scratch before I drop off my car the cover up was still semi wet from the day before. The way he handled it was careless and my concern into a trash can. I am beside myself. Whatever happened to the customer is always right. Instead of taking responsibility and asking , he just denied it. He did nothing …nothing to make me feel any better driving away. I am furious. This is a 50,000 car I worked 12-13 hours a day for over 11 years . I am a single mom. And take pride in everything I do and have.

      Went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation at the Cleveland Heights location. Got my car, checked the pressure in the tires and it was clear the tires were never rotated. My husband previously overfilled one of the tires and it was the same pressure in the same location after the visit.
      I also checked the oil and it was still dirty and way overfilled. Instead of changing the oil they just added more. I don't understand how they can treat paying customers so poorly.

      I have taken my car to Conrad’s before and never have had a problem up until this June/July. I have takes my car there to get the check engine light off. They claimed to have gotten it off and resolved the problem. Not once but 3 times have my engine light came back on. When I got my car back the second time my engine light was on and I noticed i had to push my car to get up the hill and i never had to do that before. My car has been at Conrad’s for the 3rd time since July 5th, No one can seem to understand what the problem is. Seems like i am getting the run around when it comes to my car.

      My daughter took her car for a simple oil change, and her car hasn't run right since. After conrads changed her oil, she complained to me that her car wasn't running right. there was no power. when the dipstick was pulled the oil level was way above the max full level. We contacted conrads and the manager Paul assured me they would make it right. They rechanged the oil and cleaned the turbo out the best they could. The car still didn't run very well, so Paul agreed to replace the turbo. In replacing the turbo, they discovered a hose was leaking, so they replaced it and returned the turbo. We paid for the part and Conrads paid for the labor. The car did run better, but when she took it on a trip it had hardly any power at the higher speeds. We returned it to conrads and they found more turbo related problems. Thats when Paul started to change his tune and saying this has nothing to do with them flooding the crankcase with oil. Conrads screwed up a simple oil change and messed up her car.

      We had the 2017 Ford Escape in about a month ago. Customer stated that the oil was over full. We found about 1/2 quart over. We did the oil changeover and filled to right level. A few weeks had went by and car performance had declined. We completed some tests and found a faulty computer controller for the waste gate for the turbo. This is completely unrelated to the car being over filled with oil. We discussed with the customer as "goodwill" we would replace part at no charge.

      I see why Conrad's, North Royalton is always busy.
      They are honest and always willing to help. And they are concerned about the customer's problems.
      I bought four new tires from there. And on another vehicle, I had a tire repair.
      They had the best prices I found.
      And the customer service is top notch!
      I highly recommend Conrad's for tires and other offered services.
      They even have a car wash at their location in North Royalton.
      Other businesses should take lessons from them, in integrity and how to treat a customer.
      I used to go to another great place, but Conrad's is the best. They have my business from now on.
