    It was a very fast, professional turnaround from beginning to end. Everyone from Paul in Sales to John & his crew for installation, we’re so knowledgeable and a great aid in helping us with the renovation. We wanted to do something with the man door the moment we moved into the home years ago, and we’re very happy with the new French Doors! Great job overall!

    Great experience overall! The installation happened a lot sooner than I had expected which was awesome and everyone I dealt with throughout the experience was very polite & helpful, especially Ryan in the beginning helping navigate the options and take the pressure off. Jeff the installer was really nice too and had the windows in in no time!

    Very pleasurable experience all the way through with Donny & Mason installing several new windows as well as an entry door at our home in Strongsville. Wonderful guys that did a really nice job!

    Will, our lead salesman, was exceptional at managing the expectations and communication throughout the project from start to finish. Our installer, Jeff Carroll, was punctual, super friendly, finished the job in a very timely manner, and cleaned up after the work was done so much that we could hardly tell he was ever here! We absolutely recommend WD to others & we, ourselves, are sure to be back for more projects, too!

    Sean & Graham arrived as Schulz’s & introduced themselves. Sean explained the door installation process & kept me informed of their progress. Both worked together to accomplish a beautiful installation

    Had an old awful window converted to a new sliding patio door. Completely changes the space in the best way. Crew was knowledgeable and efficient. Very pleased with the work so far.

    The service from start to finish was the best professional experience I reveived when stacked up against other companies from NE Ohio. The installations were performed by John & his crew in a quick & meticulous manner, and I would highly recommend Window Depot to anyone in the market of making exterior improvements to their property!
