    We had such a nice experience with Window Depot. We had the company out a few years ago for a couple windows and we remembered having such a smooth process and customer service that we reached out again to have an entry door replaced. The new door is perfect & in line to our expectations! A job well done!!

    Sean and Graham did an outstanding job installing my new windows. They were professional, timely, and friendly. They checked all the boxes. Added bonus, after the job was done there was barely a trace they were ever there, except for the beautiful new windows of course! I couldn’t be more please the service they delivered.     Window depot did an excellent job. Arrived on time and replaced all windows in the house in 7 hours. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable from when I received an estimate all the way through the installation. Answered all questions. Crew also did a good clean up job as well. I would highly recommend them. The windows themselves are great as well!

    Great experience from our initial conversation with Jack through the installation with Mason and Donny and ending with Rory checking in with a nice gift basket. Through and through the process was truly top-notch. We look forward to working with Window Depot on our next project—a new patio door.

    We felt very comfortable with the process overall from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised to have received our windows much faster which then led to a quicker scheduled installation by John, Justin, & Steve! they did a great job and we appreciated them answering all of
    our questions & waking us through all of
    the different window styles & functions!!

    I recently had Window Depot to my home for a window installation which was a smooth process that I'm very happy to have been a part of. It was a great experience and a pleasure to have had Jeff, the installer, at the home, as he was very professional & kept things clean before & after his work. I'm thrilled to have a functioning window finally!!

    Great experience with Window Depot! We were referred to them by a friend of ours who had a patio door installed. From our first visit to the show room to the final installation, we were dealt with in a professional manner. We had a patio door and entry door installed. Steven and his crew did a great job from removal of the old doors to the installation of the new doors as well as cleaning up after the installation. We highly recommend Window Depot.

    We were looking for a local family owned company that had roots in the area for a patio door replacement. Window Depot appeared to fit the bill based on their website presentation. The office staff was friendly and courteous. The sales representative came to our house well prepared and knowledgeable. The wait time was short for an Energy Star ProVia Endure Patio Door manufactured in Sugarcreek, Ohio. The installation was professional and took less than 2 hours. The clean up was seamless and the old door was taken. Very happy we chose Window Depot.

    I was very impressed with the installation team of John, Steven & company. They showed up on time, if not early, and they kept everything so clean throughout the day. They did a great job not leaving any debris behind and were courteous to their surroundings and dogs! Felt like they were in and out in a matter of no time. The products themselves are fabulous! I love the security locks and I’m finally enjoying some cross breezes in the home!!
