    It’s been a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The whole process itself has been very simply, easy and seamless. The new windows and doors not only enhance the curb appeal of our home, but also add significant value which we’re very happy about! Sean and his son Grahm, our installers, did a fabulous job, too!

    We had Paul as our project manager and we really liked that we didn’t have any pushy sales tactics. We had some of those experiences with other companies in which we felt handcuffed, so we enjoyed Paul’s professionalism and guidance. Before the updates, it was somewhat uncomfortable inside the home in different seasons, but now we can really feel the temperature control and the interior feel is much more enjoyable! John and his crew, also, did a great job installing all of the units and left our home very clean! We absolutely recommend Windows Depot!

    Very efficient process and incredibly easy to deal with for Window Depot. They answered all my questions and the new products really work great! I had a patio door replaced years ago, but after discovering that WD did gutters as well, it made my search really fast. Window Depot is a very customer service oriented business, so if you’re looking for more of a relationship with a company than simply a business transaction, this is the company for you! Thanks Window Depot!!

    Extremely satisifed with the installation of 3-Lite Slider window & storm door at my home! The new units really enhance the curb appeal, and for once, I look forward to the colder weather coming around to see how well the window performs! Bring on the Winter! Props to Window Depot for another happy customer!!

    Nothing but great things to say about our experience with Window Depot! We were referred to them by friends of ours that also had a phenomenal experience so we felt super comfortable right off the bat. It was a smooth process overall, and Steve, who worked on our new windows all by himself, only took 1 day to complete the project and cleaned up very well, too! We highly recommend the Window Depot team!!

    Our installer Paul was awesome! He worked so efficiently and what we liked the most was the fact that he could work and engage with us in conversation at the same time! He was so personable and we trusted him so much with our project that we actually left for a party down the street! We knew we were in good hands!! The new windows are extraordinary. The ease of opening is one thing, but the primary reason for updating them was to be able to see outside! No more foggy glass!!

    Our previous windows were from the 1940's and had never been updated ever before; they had the weights and were only single pane. Our main goal with updates was to certainly gain more energy efficiency, but one big highlight of the new windows from Window Depot has to be the noise cancellation!! The crew, Alex & Dimitri, were very personable & professional as well! We've already received so many compliments with our refreshed curb appeal!!

    Everything from beginning to end with my Window Depot experience has been seamless! Jack the Project Manager was very accommodating and knowledgeable about all of the products and options, and the installers Mason & Donny were very professional, clean, and thorough with really nice craftsmanship. Lastly, the follow up visit I received from Rory was an extra delight, as it was nice having him stop by to answer and questions I had and provide the warranty!!
