      Trash customer service. No one offers to help, all they do is say "you'll receive a callback." What a load of BS, called them multiple times, never received a single call back! I already paid off my loan in full amount but they refuse to send me proof of the loan being paid off via email or a physical letter. And now they are transferring the loan to another company? I already wired all the money over! I would not hesitate to open a lawsuit against your poor practice! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, GATBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE, IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH!

      This company dragged their feet for 5 months and my contract ran out on the home I was buying. Which is probably a good thing that I won’t be in business with the sham of a company. Dominic is a joke and so is this the entire staff and management. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a mortgage.

      If I could give stars I would bc This is by far that’s the worst mortgage company I have ever dealt with they are not compassionate they do not care about anything but taking your money they raise your rates without telling you nobody calls you back when you request phone calls I cannot wait to get out of this mortgage company and I will tell everybody who even looked into this mortgage company to run look for a different company as soon as possible they are scammers they are disgusting

      They Don't Care! About their customers OR these reviews. But I will leave one nevertheless, in the hope that it spares at least one of you from making the same mistake the rest of us made.
      I would have lost my home if up to these crooks. Not only are they crooks, who would still not be satisfied even if they stole your last dime, they are cold-hearted and seemingly enjoy causing the maximum amount of harm to people. I know that sounds like hyperbole, but I assure you it is far from it. In fact, it is just the tip of the iceberg.
      After dragging things on and on and on for months (yes, MONTHS) and costing me THOUSANDS of dollars (as a seller) I simply asked for a courtesy call from the manager (Josh of Sioux Falls) to let me know if they would even be able to close and fund the loan on time (I had a very strict deadline). I had a balloon payment coming up and needed to go to my backup plan IF not OR I would lose everything. I practically begged for an answer from him - to simply let me know (a simple "yes" or "no"), so that my young kids wouldn't be left homeless. But he REFUSED to respond (as a professional or as a man) to my pleas. Had it not been for all of the other horrific reviews here I might have given them all the way until the last day to close (when it would have been too late), but after failing to close with us already coupled with all of these horror stories here I KNEW I had better just go to my backup plan (with a week left). Good thing I did too, because I NEVER heard from these people again. Unreal! I wish I had read these reviews at the start instead of near the end, but I thank the rest of you for writing them, because at least it helped me to save my home.
      How are these people still in business? But again, they don't even care and make NO efforts to clean up their reputation. I am still in disbelief. And I could certainly go on IF I had any characters remaining.
      Just stay away!!! You're welcomed!

      This company has been illegally telemarketing me for over 4 weeks and I have requested to not be called 12 times and they keep calling and ignoring my requests so I have filed an ftc compliant as well. My information was illegally obtained and used for telemarketing by cross country mortgage and they are in serious violation of State and Federal Laws.

She tells you where you're at, where you're going, and how to get there. You will have a favorable experience with her.
