      My father passed away several years ago, and left his small ira to his four children. My three siblings have all recieved their inheritance years ago, but i have not.

      When I've called over the years, I was told i'd need to come to his local branch in New Castle, Pa to get my monies. I live in New Hampshire, so traveling there would consume most of the inheritance.

      In July, I recieved a letter stating that the money would be turned over to the states unclaimed funds unless I cashed it out before August 1st.

      After numerous phone calls, I provided all the documents they ask on August 5th. I recieved an email from *****... August 14th stating the IRA Dept was working on it, but they won't respond to emails and phone messages since.

      Long and short is, I've been trying to get my inheritance for over two months now, and I think thats an excessive time. I also think Huntington let me know what the delay is, and at least say when they think they can complete it.

      June 26th 2023- I spent $800 on concert tickets using my debit card that I never received. I disputed it with my bank (Huntington) and they credited me the money back. August 30th 2023- I had a reverse credit transaction go through of $800. I called them and they told me there’s nothing further I could do. They found no type of fraud but there was. They gave me no warning of this

      I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of utmost concern regarding a breach of my privacy and the security of my personal information held by Huntington Bank. As a loyal customer of Huntington Bank, I am deeply troubled by this incident and request immediate action to address the situation.
      On Friday, September 1, 2023 I discovered that my personal information, including but not limited to my transaction history, dates I frequented the bank, and private conversations with the bank manager, have been shared without my authorization. This breach has caused significant distress and raised serious concerns about the security measures in place at your institution.



      I would like to outline the following details regarding the privacy breach:

      I was at Huntington Bank – Lake Orion, on August 21, 2023 to make a deposit to my account. After making the deposit, I had a short conversation with the bank manager present on that day. Details of this visit to your bank and the conversation were released by at least one of your employees to another customer with whom I have a current legal matter. To compound matters, the details of this conversation were embellished and inaccurate.
      I have not provided permission to anyone to disclose the dates and times that I frequent that bank or the details of my private business conversations with employees at Huntington Bank.


      I am deeply concerned about the potential consequences of this breach, including damage to my financial well-being and personal safety when frequenting the bank.

      I am requesting a thorough investigation into the breach to determine how my personal information was compromised and how private information was given to people outside of the bank.

      After being a customer of your bank for nearly a decade, I would like a prompt response to this breach, and I am requesting that you keep me informed about the progress of the investigation and any actions taken to mitigate the breach.

      Husqvarna changed banks from Wells Fargo to Huntington Bank. I applied to Huntington Bank but they are requesting my private social security number. Since I am a corporation, I gave my federal tax ID number but they still request my private social security number which I refuse to give since I am a corporation and 100% veteran owned. I am in good standing with all of Carolina Lawn Equipment’s Inc. current creditors.
      I have provided Huntington Bank my account numbers to Kawasaki, RBI, Rotary which I am in good standing and will gladly provide more credit information if needed but NOT my private social security number.

      In reference to above subject and your reply, Huntington Bank has verbally contacted me via telephone.  The conversation was brief where Huntington Bank will not change their decision to request my personal social security number for the corporation.

      I have also sent my complaint to SC senator Tim Scott hoping banks not to obtain personal information for corporate accounts.  A corporation is a separate entity.  I am sure if I were a large corporation, Banks would not request personal social security numbers of large corporate presidents.  This is discrimination against small corporations.

      On 07-11-2023 I drove to giant eagle we’re the atm for Huntington Bank is located. At between 8:00am-10:00am I’m a mailman and I was leaving for route I decided to deposit 1500 cash into the atm Machine. However I was trying to rush to count out the money. The Machine all of a sudden sent a clow up to put money in I put money in never got a receipt. I immediately called down to Poland Huntington they said that the machine in giant eagle is run by brinks. They have nothing to do with it. I told them what happened. None the less Huntington took 1500 back out said I didn’t deposit it. I filed a police report 23p004179 with Poland township police. My kids have no school clothes. Food etc

      My mother had an auto loan with Huntington. She was sick and I was helping her with bills. I inadvertently made an extra payment on her account not realizing she had it autowithdrawn from her account. My mother later passed away.

      They sent a refund check for the overpayment, but I was told by the bank it needed to be made out to her estate and addressed as such. I sent them all required documentation (death certificate, proof that I was the administratrix of the estate, etc.). They sent another check, again not made out to her estate.

      I have contacted them approximately 10 times via email to have this resolved. Most of the time I get no response. I am sure my mother isn't the first person to ever die, so I am not sure why they can't figure out how to make out a proper check.

      My mother died in February. It's nearly September and I am still trying to resolve this issue.

      I am a disabled U.S. Army veteran confined to a wheelchair. I purchased a cashier’s check in the amount of $46,000.00 made payable to T-Rowe Price mutual funds.


      T-Rowe Price rejected my application.


      The check was returned to my old address. I have been unable to get a refund without the check. T-Rowe Price told me that they did not cash the check.


      Any help that you can give me will be greatly appreciated. The check was purchased on 04/21/23 The check # 201645224.
      I hope this can be resolved by telephone due to my mobility problems.

      I contacted Huntington to close my account in July. The person on the phone could not do so (they won't mail a check unless it's small) and told me to go to a branch. I did on 7/20/23, and I thought my account was closed. Then I received a statement on 8/22/23 showing a monthly fee. I called again on 8/22, and I was told the bank never closed the account, and the person on the phone told me they could not close it on 8/22 and I would need to call back the next day to close it--but they could remove the fee. I expressed I was not able to call back. All I want is for the account to be closed, and to not have to keep calling or visiting the bank to accomplish that.

      I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint, apparently, though their response was to not handle the matter but have me talk to them again (and spend even MORE time on this), which was exactly NOT what I wanted. So, still poor customer service, but the account should now be closed.
