      We have banked at Huntington commercially for some time. Its impossible to see anyone and get service for anything quickly. Its also impossible to do an ACH without treasury who after a week of not responding caused us to look for another bank who is in the 21st century. And they also charge ***** for an ACH that most modern banks allow you to do without treasury for free as a customer. This bank is very behind the times. Dont use them for commercial banking.

      Worst customer service I have ever experienced in 40 years notary on morning shift refused to notarize my emergency child custody paperwork because she was on break the other two employees working explained she had break in the morning once already and that she needed to notarize the paperwork, she made a scene, screaming at her coworkers in front of me saying everybody was being disrespectful. She was on break. She was on break. She was on break.That woman needs to be fired!

      Received an auto loan in 2011 now it is 2025. After many attempts Huntington bank has failed to hold up their end of agreement/contract. Vehicle was paid off in 2018 there was never a late payment. However they never removed lien and never sent title. They broke contract and are preventing me from getting rid of vehicle. I have not heard from Huntington bank in 7 years since they received the last payment so if a lawyer reads this Im interested in legal advice for the damages being caused and this bank still failing to send documents. I would think Huntington claiming they own property in which they dont would have legal consequences.

      Fraudulent activity occurred on my business account on Saturday 5/17, it was report immediately to Huntington Bank. Huntington said there was nothing that could be done because the charges were pending and we needed to contact the store where the purchases were made. We contacted the store and received a refund (refund received 5/19) and receipt of refund. The refunds have no been pending in our account for over 2 days (today is 5/21) while Huntington has assessed *** fees on the fraudulent activity. All calls to customer service render the same response, that should be fixed by tomorrow. As a business (this is a business banking account) **** had our account held hostage by Huntington while they promise to expedite the issue and assess bank fees and charges. This is beyond predatory financial abuse at this point.

      I am having an issue with Huntington Bank. I made an honest mistake last Monday on a on a mobile deposit and I reported it immediately. I have been all week trying to get it resolved. They have caused me so much grief. I have submitted everything they wanted and they keep adding to the list. I am very unhappy. The bank employee has been very nice but those over her have made my life miserable. I cant wait to get out of this bank and do business elsewhere. I have a disability and this has been really hard running back-and-forth and trying to get everything they wanted to clear up the error. They have a hold on my account so I cant write Checks. This has been totally ridiculous!

      Below is the email complaint I am trying to send the CEO, Mr. ********* but cant because Huntington wont give me his email.A few months back, I opened a new checking account with *********************** because at the time my current account was compromised. I was waiting for all pending transactions to process before closing the (old) account. Not much time had passed and upon checking my account(s) it appeared that old disputes on that account had reversed, leaving me with an over drafted account around $1,100 (please note that I am still in contact with that company regarding my disputes). A few days later, Huntington took $452 from my now current account (that was all that I had) and put it towards the over drafted account, without any warning or notice. Not long after that, I could no longer view my old account when signing into online banking. I reached out to customer service via live chat to inquire about that status and to make sure that they could no longer pull money from my active account. I was told by the customer service *** that the account was closed and that Huntington would no longer pull any funds from my current checking. I was told that I would need to set up a payment plan. Well, yesterday I checked my balance and realized that Huntington had pulled $723 from my account, again, without warning or notice. I understand that I have an obligation to pay Huntington. However, I am a single mother living on only one income, I did not even pay all of my bills yet. I am now left with no money to live on until I get paid again in two weeks. This morning I called and spoke with the department responsible for withdrawing those funds and asked that they please reverse that charge and allow me to set up a payment plan. I was told that was not an option. So as a last-ditch effort, I am reaching out to you in the hopes that you can help me reverse this and set up a payment plan. Your time and understanding in this matter would be greatly appreciate it.

      Absolutely no concern for their customers. I paid off a loan with cash and am told it takes 2-3 weeks to release the lien on our camper. I am losing out on a buyer for my camper because ********* says they do not make any exceptions to their rules and this is just how long it takes. I have made multiple phone calls and tried to be patient but this is absolutely unacceptable.

      Working with their title department has been nothing but a headache. I've made 4 requests to get proper documentation needed to register my car and each fulfillment of the requests have been incorrect. I'm unable to register a car without original signed documents from the bank and even after explaining this on the phone a countless amount of times, I am still yet to receive the necessary documents. My most recent attempt at receiving the documents actually contained a photo copied version of someone else's documents instead of mine.
