    I ordered on 8/26/22 and still have not received my order that I paid in full.I contacted them and let them know that I haven’t received it and they said they wanted me to contact they shipping partners so I did and they told me to contact the seller so they could put in a claim.I let them know that and they said they will get back to me and when they did they was asking me to contact they shipping partners again then emails stopped…

    I ordered the tire shine product in July of 2022. I received the product and followed the MFG directions. I was less than pleased with the result. I contacted the company for a return and; The CS agent (****) told me that I was applying it wrong and sent a link of a random youtube video of some guy putting it on his truck.

    I have emailed and reached out VIA social media NUMEROUS times and have yet to get a response.

    They sent me the wrong order on May 30, 2022. I returned the order around the end of June after contacting them about the incorrect item. They advised me to return the unused product at my expense (which I did). I have provided UPS tracking information on 22 June 2022 indicating that the product was delivered on 27 June and on the 9th of July 2022, a partial refund was issued for $7.95. It has been two months later still no refund of my balance of $49.90. I have been trying to be patient but I just get general replies via email telling me that 'the team' is still reviewing.

    The company advertises tire shine product that last up to a year even after washes rain etc after using a bottle of there cleaner to prep the tires on both of my cars it went on nice but only lasted a week max I made several attempts to contact them via email because they clearly offer a money back guarantee if not completely satisfied but they just keep telling me they have to talk to someone else about it
