      Express made a policy that items cant be exchanged after 30 days. Not refunded, exchanged for different size. So if you bought a Christmas gift before thanksgiving. It cant be exchanged! What kind of BS is that!

      Bought 2 sweaters, the sweater has silver in it and unravels and leaves strings on your sweater. They were $60 each! Very poor quality! I have the receipt but did not keep tags as I thought I was going to love the sweaters till I wore them! They are not 30 days past purchase! So far customer service Has not been good!

      I cant believe Xpress charge 699 to send one piece of clothing back that wasnt described what you ordered that is crazy. I paid for shipping but now I gotta pay the shipping back. They wont even give me a barcode. I have to pay for the label and pay the shipping back this is ridiculous. Im done with express s**** them.

      Ordered a pair of jeans online and returned to the store at ********. **** at the store told me I would receive an email confirming the return. I never received an email and after calling 3 times they said the return was never confirmed at the store. $94 dollars down the drain. I will never shop at Express again!

      I ordered a$75.00 polo that I wore twice, it has a huge hole in the armpit. I reached out to get a simple exchange. I liked the shirt and I expected the company to stand behind it. *** purchased from them for over 2 decades. I was informed that because it had been over 30 days there was nothing they could do. I received the shirt in the middle of September. This absolutely unacceptable and I will using all social media platforms to promote this poor policy and customer service. This is why so many of the stores are closing and why they wont be in business much longer.

      I received an email that I had $40 Express Cash available. It was missing from my cart When I went to use it, **************** said it was a delay in the emailing system because the credit expired the day before. Thats not a delay thats click bait!

      Bought several expensive pants a few weeks ago, drove 45 mins to return them since they didnt fit, was told not only that I couldnt return them due to a new return policy of only 30 days, but also that there was no store credit either. Now Im out ******************************************************************************* that I was a week past the 4 week return window. Refused to let me speak with a manager or transfer me to anyone else. Wasted money, wasted Saturday. No wonder they are going out of business.

      Express card what a BS they keep charging you a fee with no purchase has been made i spoke to senior specialist and told me i will take it off by paying this much and will be final two next i receive another **** sayin i have another fee of $35 to pay complete BS i am done with this bankrupt company they steal your money be carful

      I drove 40 min. to return items that I bought on line. I could not return my item at the closing store in *********. I called customer service to ask for assistance. They would not waive shipping fees for return. **************** was not helpful at all. very poor customer service, and inconsiderate to my time. I am long term customer of **********************. However, quality and customer service just went down of ********************** over years. I am very disappointed.

      Adding to the consensus. Express cancelled my order and won't replace the jeans I spent on an Express Gift Card. Their chat doesn't work; their customer service representative are unresponsive. I've been ordering from Express for 10 years or more, but can't do so again. They are unprofessional.
